Screen box length, dm Screen box width, dm Number of layers, single layer is omitted 3.3 The basic parameters and dimensions of the vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 2 Name and unit Screen surface specifications Working area Feeding particle size Screen hole size Vibration frequency Screen surface inclination 1500×5600 13.00-50.00 0.25~13.00 13.33-15.00 1The motor speed is the synchronous speed. 1750×5600 ≤300 13.00-50.00 025~13.00 13.33-15.00 When desludging and demediation, the maximum feeding particle size should not be greater than 100mm. 2 Used for coal dehydration, 2000×6500 13.00-50.00 0.25~13.00 2500X7000 ≤300 13.00-50.00 0.25~13.0 JB/T2444-1999 4 Technical requirements JB/T2444-1999 4.1 The vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of this standard and JB/T5496, and shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 All outsourced and purchased parts shall have a certificate of conformity, and shall be assembled only after being inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department. 4.3 The product structure should meet the following requirements: a) Easy to repair and replace vulnerable parts; b) Prevent dust from falling into the bearing and bearing oil leakage; c) Prevent bolts from loosening: d) Under normal working conditions, the material will not deviate or spill out of the side plate; e) The screen plate is firmly installed and there should be no secondary vibration. 4.4 The performance of the whole machine should meet the following requirements: a) The vibration frequency deviation should not exceed 2.5% b) The amplitude difference of the symmetrical points of the two side plates of the screen box should not exceed 0.5mm, and the lateral swing should not exceed 1mm; c) The bearing temperature rise should not exceed 40℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 75℃; d) The noise should not exceed 90dB (A) when no-load: e) The maximum amplitude of shutdown should not exceed 5 times the amplitude. 4.5 Screen box 4.5.1 The two side plates shall be made of steel plates with mechanical properties not lower than 20g in GB713, and shall not be spliced. 4.5.2 The crossbeam shall be made of seamless steel pipes made of 20 steel. 4.5.3 Each bending part (such as side plates, screen surface bracket) shall not have cracks after bending. 4.5.4 The flatness error of the screen surface bracket or screen frame after forming shall not be greater than 2mm per square meter, and the equal length error of the two diagonals shall not be greater than 1mm per meter. 4.6 Screen plate 4.6.1 The punched screen plate shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9031. 4.6.2 The slit screen plate shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3278. Gears shall be made of materials with mechanical properties not lower than 50SiMn, and the accuracy shall meet the requirements of 8-7-7 in GB/T10095. 4.7 The tensile strength of high-strength bolts shall not be less than 834N/mm2. 4.9 The tensile strength of ring groove rivets shall not be less than 800N/mm. The nail sleeve shall be made of 10 steel and passivated. 4.10 The stiffness of the supporting springs shall be the same, and the stiffness deviation shall not exceed ±5% of the rated value. The spiral spring shall be shot peened. 4.11 The painted surface shall be uniform and shall not have defects such as cracks, peeling, bubbles and flow marks. 4.12 Complete set supply scope: a) Vibrating screen body; b) Motor and motor seat: c) Protective cover of rotating parts; d) V-belt: e) Support device: f) Spare parts and special tools provided according to the order contract4 5 Test method JB/T2444-1999 The test method shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T4042. Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection classification The inspection of vibrating screen is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection 6.2.1 Each vibrating screen shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped, and the documents proving the quality of the product shall be attached when it leaves the factory. 6.2.2 Factory inspection is carried out at the manufacturer, and after idling for 4 hours, the inspection shall meet the following requirements: a) Basic parameters shall meet the requirements of Table 1; b) The performance of the whole machine shall meet the requirements of 4.4; c) Factory inspection shall also meet the requirements of 4.7, 4.10 and 4.11. 6.3 Type inspection 6.3.1 The vibrating screen shall be subjected to type inspection in any of the following situations: a) When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production; b) After formal production, when there are major changes in product structure, materials and processes; when production is resumed after a long period of suspension; d) When the results of the factory inspection are greatly different from the last inspection; e) When the national quality inspection agency proposes type inspection requirements. 6.3.2 Type inspection items shall include all requirements of this standard. 6.3.3 Type inspection shall be conducted by randomly selecting one product from the qualified products of factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be conducted. 7 Marking, label and instruction manual 7.1 Each vibrating screen shall be fixed with a product label in an appropriate and obvious position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following contents: a) Manufacturer name; b) Product name and model: c) Main technical parameters: d) Production date, factory number. 7.2 A product instruction manual shall be prepared for the vibrating screen, and the instruction manual shall comply with the provisions of GB9969.1. 7.3 The packaging mark of the vibrating screen shall include the transport packaging receipt and delivery mark and the packaging storage and transportation graphic mark. The mark shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191. 8 Packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 The packaging of the vibrating screen shall comply with the requirements of GB/T13384. Except for electrical equipment and V-belts, which are sealed, the rest can be wrapped or naked. 8.2 The exposed processed surface of metal parts should be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with polyvinyl chloride plastic film. 5 JB/T2444-1999 8.3 The packaging box should be ventilated and rainproof. The outer wall should have obvious text markings and should comply with the provisions of 7.3, including: a) The name of the receiving station and the receiving unit: b) The name of the shipping station and the shipping unit: c) Contract number, product name and model: d) Gross weight, net weight, box number and overall dimensions: e) Center of gravity, lifting line, storage and transportation diagram. 8.4 When naked, a sign should be tied in a conspicuous position. The sign should comply with the provisions of 7.3, and the center of gravity position should be marked on the product. 8.5 The vibrating screen should be accompanied by the following technical documents: a) Packing list; b) Product certificate or quality certificate; c) Product instruction manual; d) Product installation diagram and other relevant technical data 8.6 The vibrating screen should be placed flat and stable when stored, and should be kept at a certain distance from the ground. It should not be piled up.
