Out-of-print test
4.4.2 When there are major changes in the design, technology and materials of mass-produced tables (affecting the quality), type tests shall be conducted. 4.4.3 For new products in a series, only prototypes of the same series shall be subjected to type tests; after the test is qualified, prototypes of new products with lower power and lower discharge force than the selected products may no longer be subjected to type tests.
4.5 Random inspection test
4.5, 1 Mass-produced objects should be subjected to regular random inspection tests. The total number of random inspections shall be calculated according to the annual output of each variety, and shall not be less than 1/5. The random inspection period shall be evenly distributed throughout the year.||tt| |4.5.2 The basic prototype of the new product series has been subjected to type test, and other products should be subjected to random inspection test. 4.5.1 If the product of random inspection test is not qualified, double differential test should be carried out; if there is still non-compliance, it should be subjected to factory test. 4.6 Factory test
4.1 The purchased products should be subjected to factory test. For products with relatively large batches, stable process and stable quality (referring to the return rate less than 2%), at least 1/3 of the units in each batch of production units can be selected for factory test (the return rate is the ratio of the number of units of the same specification that have passed the production and assembly test to the total number of units), and the remaining pumps should be subjected to running test. 4.62 If the pump station product is small, the remaining products should be subjected to factory test. If the return rate is less than 2% during the test, random inspection can be resumed.
4. If the manufactured test equipment does not meet the test requirements, it is allowed to be tested at the user's site. The specific test sequence and requirements can be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user.
4.If the user requires a representative to be present during the pump test or requires the manufacturer to provide a test or inspection report, the manufacturer can negotiate with the nearest factory. The pump should try its best to meet the user's requirements.
