This standard applies to separating minor food grains rice mills (hereinafter referred to as rice mills). 2 Referenced Standards The clauses contained in the following standards constitute the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. GB/T 1184-1996 GB/T1804-1992 GB/T 3943-1983 .GB/T8231-1987 GB/T8232-1987 GB/T9439-1988 GB/T- 11350—1989 GB/T11766—1989 JB/T 5673-1991 JB/T 6083--1992 JB/T9792.3—1999 3 Technical requirements Tolerances of shape and position without tolerance value General tolerances without tolerance of linear dimensions Sieve plates with round and long holes Millet Gray iron castings Machining allowance of castings Painting of agricultural and forestry tractors and implements·General technical conditions Rice milling wheels Test methods for separate rice milling machines 3.1 It shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 When the raw grain (sorghum) of the same standard as specified in GB/T8231 is added, and the raw grain (millet) of the same standard as specified in GB/T8232 is added, the performance of the rice milling machine shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 3.3 The rice milling grinding wheel shall be manufactured in accordance with JM1A or JM1B specified in JB/T6083. 3.4 The rice sieve shall be manufactured in accordance with GB/T3943. 3.5 Gray iron castings shall be made of HT200 gray cast iron with mechanical properties not lower than those specified in GB/T9439. The main parts are not allowed to have defects that affect the strength, such as sand holes, looseness, pores, shrinkage holes and insufficient pouring. 3.6 The tolerance of cast iron parts shall be manufactured in accordance with the 8-level precision specified in GB/T11350. 3.7 The shape and position tolerances of the machined parts shall comply with the provisions of GB1184, and the tolerance values of the straightness, flatness, coaxiality and symmetry shall be L level. The limit deviation of the unfilled tolerance size of the machined parts shall be manufactured in accordance with the level specified in GB/T1804. See GB/T11766--1989. 3.8 All parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts and outsourced parts must have qualified certificates before they can be assembled. Rice milling After the grinding wheel is assembled with the main shaft, the circular runout of the grinding wheel shall not exceed 1.5mm. The fan impeller must be statically balanced, and the allowable unbalanced torque is 0.015N·m. The rotating part should be flexible and light, and there should be no jamming. Devices such as the feed gate, outlet baffle and knife stop should be flexible to adjust and reliably fixed. When the rice mill is working at full load, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 20℃. 3.14 The quality of the paint on the surface of the whole machine shall not be lower than the requirements of ordinary weather-resistant coatings in JB/T5673, the total thickness of the paint film shall not be less than 45μm, and the adhesion of the paint film shall not be less than level 2. 3.15 In compliance with the installation specified by the manufacturer , use and storage conditions, within 12 months from the date of purchase, if the product is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the factory shall be responsible for repair, replacement and refund. 3.16 When the rice mill is shipped with an electric motor, the rotating part of the machine must be equipped with a safety guard. 2 Test method and acceptance rules JB/T9792.2—1999 4.1 The factory idle running test time shall not be less than 30min, and shall meet the following requirements: a) The machine runs normally and smoothly, and there shall be no abnormal phenomenon; b) All connecting parts and fasteners shall not be loose. 4.2 Products produced in batches shall be sampled and inspected at least once a year, and performance tests shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9792.3. Its performance shall comply with the provisions of 3.2. 4.3 When the ordering unit samples the product quality, the number of samples and the qualified quality level shall be determined by negotiation between the ordering party and the supplier. 5.1 The label of the rice mill shall be made in accordance with the provisions of GB/T13306 and fixed in a conspicuous position. The label shall include the following contents: a) Product name and model; b) Matching power; c) Spindle speed; d) Pure working hour productivity; e) Machine quality; f) Factory number and date; g) Manufacturer name; h) Manufacturer address. 5.2 Product packaging shall be rainproof and shall comply with transportation requirements and relevant regulations, and shall ensure that the accompanying technical documents, spare parts, accessories and T. tools are not lost. 5.3 Random documents, spare parts and accessories a) Product instruction manual; b) Product inspection certificate; c) Packing list; d) Spare parts, accessories, tools (supplied according to the instruction manual)5.4 The product should be stored in a well-ventilated room with a flat floor, and should be protected from moisture and corrosion.
