For undated referenced documents, the latest version shall apply to this standard GB/T 2829 Periodic inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to the inspection of production process stability) QB/T2214 Determination of carpet size and shape NY/T249 NY/T 251 NY/T 256 3 Technical requirements Sisal fabric Sisal fabric Sisal fabric Sampling and specimen cutting for physical property tests Determination of unit area mass Determination of dimensional change under different water and heat treatments 3.1 Water grass carpets are divided into two categories: those with backing adhesive and those without backing adhesive. 3.2 Product marking is indicated by product name, weave structure and raw material combination number. The meaning of product marking is as follows: Raw material combination number Weave symbol Product name, water grass carpet, can be represented by "S"The weave symbol of water grass carpet is represented by the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of the organization name. If the first letter is "I", "O" or "X", it is represented by the next letter. Marking example: Semi-Panamanian weave, water grass carpet with raw material combination number 001, its mark is: SB-0013.3 The intrinsic quality of water grass carpet shall meet the requirements of Table 1. Table 1 Intrinsic quality requirements of water grass carpet Dimensional changes under water and heat drying Dimensional tolerance Quality tolerance The length of each roll shall not be less than the nominal size NY/T 711—2003 The appearance quality shall meet the requirements of Table 2. The mass deviation is expressed by the difference between the measured unit area mass and the nominal unit area mass. 4.3.2 Test procedure Determine the sample mass in accordance with NY/T251. The deviation of mass per unit area is calculated according to formula (1): Where: The deviation of mass per unit area, %; D=(M-Mo)×100 -actual mass per unit area, in grams per square meter (g/m2); nominal mass per unit area, in grams per square meter (g/m2). 4.4 Appearance quality ..0+(1) Unfold the carpet under sufficient light conditions, and the inspector shall conduct visual inspection and measurement at a distance of about 0.5m from the carpet, and make records. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Inspection classification 5.1.1 Factory inspection 5.1.1.1 Inspection items All appearance quality items listed in Table 2 shall be inspected. 2 5.1.1.2 Judgment rules NY/T 711--2003 When the intrinsic quality of water grass carpet meets the requirements of Table 1, it is judged as qualified if it meets all the requirements of Table 2, and it is judged as unqualified if one item is not met. 5.1.2 Type test 5.1.2.1 Type test should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) After formal production, if there are major changes in weave structure and process, which may affect product performance; b) The manufacturer should conduct inspection according to the cycle specified in Table 3; c) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 5.1.2.2 Type inspection is to conduct sampling inspection on all items listed in Table 1 and Table 2. 5.1.2.3 The unit product for sampling inspection is - roll. Sampling is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2829. The discrimination level and unqualified quality level RQL value should meet the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Periodic inspection sampling plan search condition combination table items Dimension changes under water and heat drying treatment Dimension tolerance Quality tolerance 5.2 Inspection report Discrimination level 12 months 3 months 3 months The inspection report should include the product name, mark, category, quantity and inspection results of each inspection item, evaluation product, inspection unit, and inspection date. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Marking Each roll of carpet should be attached with a label, and the label should indicate the following: a) Product name, product mark, trademark; b) Manufacturer name and address; Carpet size specifications; d) Product implementation standard number; Production date. The product mark, length, trademark and fire and moisture proof mark should be printed on the wrapping. 6. 1.2 6.2 Packaging Waterweed carpets should be rolled tightly, tied firmly, and sealed with moisture-proof materials. 6.3 Transportation The carriages, containers and ship holds used to transport carpets should be clean. Carpets should not be mixed with flammable, explosive and corrosive items. Carpets should be protected from moisture, contamination and fire prevention. 6.4 Storage Carpets should not be piled in the open air. Carpets should be piled on warehouse padding according to category and specification. The overlapping stacking height should not exceed 2.5m. Warehouses should be kept clean, dry and well ventilated. Carpets should be protected from moisture, contamination and fire prevention. Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
