Standard This standard is based on the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B6548-1986 "Test and Inspection Methods for Hot Presses" to revise GB/T5856-1986 "Precision of Hot Presses", GB/T5857-1986 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing and Acceptance of Hot Presses", and GB/T1571-1988 "Parameters of Multilayer Hot Presses". After the revision, the three standards were merged, the precision and working precision of hot presses were changed to three levels, the tolerance value expression method was changed to numerical expression, the inspection items of the main components plungers and plunger cylinders were also greatly changed, the parameters were deleted as necessary, and the hot press plunger series was supplemented.
This standard replaces GB/T5856-1986, GB/T5857-1986 and GB/T1571-1988 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the former Ministry of Forestry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Wood-Based Panel Machinery. Drafting units of this standard: Wood Industry Research Institute of China Academy of Forestry, Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory. Inspection Diagram
On the hot press plate, place a strip of man-made board with a total area similar to the width of the hot press plate, and place a lead strip with a thickness slightly larger than that of the man-made board.
After applying pressure at the maximum working pressure, use a micrometer to measure the thickness of each point of the lead strip shown in the diagram. The difference between the maximum difference in thickness of the lead strip and the maximum difference in thickness of the man-made board before pressurization is the measured value. The inspection is carried out on the upper, middle and lower layers of the hot press plate. The untested layer
should be placed with the same artificial board as the hot press plate
radial surface.
1 The tolerance values of serial numbers 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 in the table are for hot presses with a hot press plate length of 2650mm. The tolerance values of hot press plates of different lengths should be converted according to the tolerances in the table.
2 The tolerance values in the table are for hot presses with a maximum working stroke of 1.5m. For hot presses with different maximum working strokes, the tolerance values are converted in proportion to the tolerance values in the table.
3 The thickness difference of the strip artificial board should not be greater than 0.1mm. If the maximum thickness difference of the lead strip after pressurization is greater than the maximum thickness difference of the strip artificial board before pressurization; according to the tolerance requirements in the table, if it is less than, it is qualified. 6 Technical requirements
