4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements

4.1.1 The rock grabber shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 Before assembling the reducer, cylinders, valves, etc., all parts shall be deburred, cleaned and blown dry to strictly prevent debris from being left in the cavity. After assembly, all joint holes shall be plugged with wooden or plastic plugs. 4.1.3 All parts must be inspected and qualified. Purchased parts and outsourced parts must have a certificate of conformity before they can be assembled. 4.1.4 All chrome-plated surfaces must be of reliable quality and should not have darkening or peeling. 4.1.5 All exposed non-processed surfaces must first be painted with red lead primer, then orange-yellow alkyd enamel, the inner cavity must be painted with red paint, and the grab piece must be painted with black paint.
4.1.6 All exposed processed surfaces and wire ropes, etc., are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with oil paper. 4.2 Technical requirements for major parts

4.2.1.1 All welds are continuous welds, and the weld quality must be guaranteed. There must be no defects that affect the strength. 4.2.1.2 Annealing is performed after welding to eliminate internal stress. 4.2.1.3
The coaxiality tolerance of Φ990mmf8 to Φ1088mm is Φ0.10mm4.2.2 Technical requirements for the rack
4.2.2.1 All welds are continuous welds, and the weld quality must be guaranteed. There must be no defects that affect the strength. 4.22.2 The channel steel of the two rear main beams of the rack should be sandblasted for rust prevention and painted with anti-rust paint. After the entire rack is welded, the inner cavity should be blown clean of debris, and each ventilation part should be pressure tested. The test pressure is IMPa, and no leakage is allowed. 4.2.3 Technical requirements for the connection plate (see Figure 2) 4.2.3.1 The eight ears of this connection plate are required to be equally spaced around the circumference, with a tolerance of ±3% for each 45, and the unequal cumulative error is not greater than 10.2

4.2.3.2 The symmetry tolerance of the 60mm width to its center line is 0.15mm, and the verticality tolerance of the 57mmH8 center line in the eight holes to its end face is 0.08mm.
4.2.3.3 The castings are required to be inspected and annealed. 4.2.3.4 The hardness of the quenching and tempering treatment is 230-260HB. 4.2.4 Technical requirements for the grab cylinder (see Figure 3) A

4.2.4.1 The quality of the weld must be guaranteed, and the weld must be continuous and tight. After the ventilation pipe in the figure is welded, a pressure test is carried out, and the test pressure is 3

4.2.4.2 Annealing is carried out after welding to eliminate internal stress. 4.2.4.3 Eight ear boxes with a size of 880mm are distributed equidistantly on the circumference, and the tolerance for each 45° is ±3'. The unequally divided cumulative error should not be greater than ±10°.
4.2.4.4 The roughness R value of the H10 hole with an inner diameter of Φ660mm in the cylinder is 0.8um, and the cylindrical tolerance is Φ0.17mm. 4.2.5 Technical requirements for the reducer housing (see Figure 4)
4.2.5.1 The coaxiality tolerance of the center line of the bearing holes of each shaft (Φ90mmH7 to Φ110mmH7, Φ110mmH7 to Φ110mmH7, two holes Φ125mmH/center 120mmH7, etc.) is 0.03mm4.2.5.2 The coaxiality tolerance of the center line of the Φ560mm hole to the center line of the Φ90mmH7 hole is Φ0.05mm. 4.2.5.3 The verticality tolerance of the stop face of the Φ560mm hole to the center line of the Φ90mmH hole is 0.05mm. 4.2.6 Technical requirements for large gears
4.2.6.1 The surface hardening hardness of the gear is 40~50HRC. 4.2.6.2 There shall be no sand holes or pores in the gear teeth and spline parts, and aging treatment shall be carried out after casting. 4

4.2.6.3 The perpendicularity tolerance of the gear teeth at both ends to the spline centerline is 0.05mm. 4.2.6.4 The symmetry tolerance of the spline slot width to its centerline is 0.03mm. 4.2.7 Technical requirements for pinions
4.2.7.1 The surface hardening hardness of the tooth is 48~54HRC. 4.2.7.2 The perpendicularity tolerance of the gear end face to the spline centerline is 0.05mm. 4.2.7.3 The symmetry tolerance of the spline width to its centerline is 0.03mm4.2.8 Technical requirements for rotary reducer (see Figure 5)Figure 5
4.2.8.1 The perpendicularity tolerance of the centerline of Φ100mmH7 hole to the centerline of Φ80mmH7 hole is 0.06mm, and the perpendicularity tolerance of the centerline of Φ80mmH7 hole on the C surface is 0.06mm. 4.2.8.2 The coaxiality tolerance of the centerline of Φ208mmH7 hole to the centerline of Φ100mmH7 hole is 0.03mm. 4.2.8.3
The coaxiality tolerance of the centerline of Φ320mmF7 hole to the centerline of Φ80mmH7 hole is 0.06mm4.2.9 Technical requirements for worm (see Figure 6)4.2.9.1 The coaxiality tolerance of the two @35mmk6 centerlines to the 66mm centerline is 0.04mm. 4.2.9.2 The surface hardening hardness of the spline and worm screw thread is 45~50HRC. 4.2.10.1 Except for Φ150mm and Φ160mm, the remaining dimensions are processed together with the wheel shell. 4.2.10.2 During the processing, the parallelism tolerance of the two end faces of the worm wheel is required to be 0.08mm, and the perpendicularity tolerance to the center line of the worm wheel is 0.06mm.
4.3 Technical requirements for main components
4.3.1 Technical requirements for lifting reducer
4.3.1.1 After assembly, the reducer shall be refueled and run in without load, with forward and reverse rotation for 40 minutes each. The casing temperature shall not exceed 60℃ and no oil leakage is allowed.

4.3.1.2 The manufacturing accuracy of the reducer gear is 8-8-7DC, and the tooth surface contact requirements are: a) not less than 60% along the tooth length
b) not less than 45% along the tooth height
4.3.2 Technical requirements for rotary reducer
4.3.2.1 After assembly, the reducer is refueled and run-in is carried out at no load, with forward and reverse rotation for 40 minutes each. The casing temperature should not exceed 60℃, and no oil leakage is allowed.
4.3.2.2 The manufacturing accuracy of worm gear and worm is 8DC, and the contact requirement of tooth surface is: 6
a) not less than 50% along tooth length
b) not less than 50% along tooth height
4.3.3 Technical requirements of grab bucket

4.3.3.1 After assembly, the eight grab pieces should be flat, the gap between the pieces should not exceed 15mm, and the flatness error between the pieces should not exceed 10mm.
4.3.3.2 After assembly, ventilation test is carried out, and the test pressure is 0.5~0.7MPa. The grab pieces, pistons, pull rods and other mechanical parts should move flexibly without blocking, and no air leakage is allowed at any sealing point. 4.3.4 Technical requirements for hydraulic jacks
This component should be tested with a hand pump for a 20MPa sealing pressure test. Within 30 minutes, the gauge pressure should not drop by more than 1%. 4.4 Technical requirements for general assembly
4.4.1 Each component should be installed correctly. Each fastener, steel rope clamp, air duct, oil pipe joint, etc. should be firm and reliable, and strictly prevented from loosening. 4.4.2 Each handle must be flexible and accurate. 4.4.3 The valve stem position of each valve should be adjusted accurately, and the ventilation and oil holes should not be blocked. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Products must be inspected and qualified before they can leave the factory, and product quality certification documents should be attached. 5.2 Factory inspection should check all requirements in accordance with this standard. 5.3 Products should be tested at the manufacturer, and the contents are as follows. 5.3.1 Before the final assembly of the product, the following main components should also be tested for no-load and load. 5.3.1.1 During the grab test, the grab shall be hoisted by a high car (or other bracket) at a height that does not affect the opening and closing of the grab. The grab opening and closing test shall be carried out, and rocks (or test weights) shall be grabbed. Repeat the test 10 to 15 times. The grab pieces, pull rods, etc. shall be checked. There shall be no obvious deformation or weld cracking, and there shall be no leakage at any sealing point. 5.3.1.2 Before each pneumatic motor is installed on the rock grab, it shall be tested with no-load and load, and it shall operate normally and meet the design requirements. 5.3.2 After the final assembly of the product, the whole machine shall be tested, and the main items such as lifting, rotation, and amplitude change shall meet the design requirements. 5.3.3 Test quantity regulations
5.3.3.1 When the production batch is less than five units, the component test shall be carried out in accordance with all the requirements of this standard, and one unit shall be tested as a whole machine. 5.3.3.2 When the production batch is 6 to 10 units, the component test shall be carried out in accordance with all the requirements of this standard, and two units of the whole machine shall be randomly tested. 5.3.3.3 When the production batch is more than 11 units, the component test shall be carried out in accordance with all the requirements of this standard, and three units of the whole machine shall be randomly tested, but not less than 20% of the total number.
5.3.3.4 The above provisions shall be implemented under normal circumstances. If it is found that there are unqualified products in the random test, in addition to adjusting the unqualified products to qualified ones, the number of random tests shall be increased.
5.4 Under the condition that the user complies with the storage and use rules, within one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, or within six months from the date of use, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall be responsible for replacing or repairing the product for the user free of charge. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The product nameplate shall be fixed in a conspicuous position. 6.2 According to the structure of the product, it shall be shipped in separate packaging. Each wooden box or bare package of the product shall be uniformly numbered and applicable to the requirements of land and water transportation.

6.3 If the product is not shipped or put into use immediately, it must be placed in the warehouse, inspected every six months, and re-applied with anti-rust oil. 6.4 The technical documents supplied with the product include:
a) a product certificate (or certificate of conformity); b) a product manual;
c) a product packing list;
d) a drawing of wearing parts.
5 Technical documents should be packed in special plastic bags and properly packed in designated wooden boxes 6.5
