Use a steel ruler with an accuracy of 1mm to measure the parts shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. Each part has 3 points, and the average value is taken to calculate the deviation. 5.3 Sample pretreatment conditions The sample is treated in an environment of 23℃=2℃ and humidity change to 50%=2: L5.4 High temperature tensile strength 5.4.1 Material tensile strength |5.4.1.1 Detailed method: Cut two samples of 300mm in length and 50mm in width along the length direction (longitudinal direction) and width direction (transverse direction) of the bag body, and cut them from two sample bags, for a total of six samples. 5.4.1.2 Place the sample in an oven at 180°C = 2°C for 20 minutes. Test it in the temperature control box of the tensile testing machine. The temperature in the control box is 180°C ± 2°C, the distance between the tools of the tensile testing machine is 200mm, and the test speed is 200mm/min. The test should be done 10 minutes after the sample is taken out. 5.4.1.3 Record the maximum force of the sample during the stretching process. The test results are expressed as the arithmetic mean value, accurate to N. 5.4.2 Bottom tensile strength 5.4.2.1 Sampling method: Take two samples of 150mm long and 5mm wide along the direction perpendicular to the bottom seam. The width of the seam part should be the same as the width of the bag body, and one more stitch should be added on the left and right. Cut from three sample bags, a total of six samples. 5.4-2.2 After the sample is treated in an oven at 180C and 2℃ for 15min, The test is carried out in the temperature control box of the test machine. The temperature in the control box is 180: ± 2°C, the distance between the clamps of the pulling test machine is 200mm, and the test speed is 200mm/mil. 5.4.2.3 Record the maximum value of the sample during the pulling process. The test results are expressed as arithmetic mean. Accurate to 1N. 5.5 Anti-adhesiveness 5.5.1 Cut a sample strip with a length of 110mm and a width of 59mm from the sample bag. 5.5.2 Apply an appropriate amount of heat-melted to 180℃2°C evenly on three sample strips 1, with a thickness of about 2mm, and leave 10mm at the end of the sample strip for coating. 5.5.3 Place the coated sample in a 25℃+5℃ environment to cool for 21h, then peel it off by hand. During the peeling process, observe whether the peeled sample can be completely separated from the asphalt. 5.6 Bottom heat resistance Take a sampling bag, cut off the bottom of the sample bag, and the width is 10cm. Put the sample into a drying oven at 180℃=2℃, take it out after 301min, and observe the sample. 5.7 Firmness bzxz.net 5.7.1 The test environment is normal temperature and humidity. 5.7.2 The test drop height is 1m. 5.7.3 The test method shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B of G39774-1990. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Batch Products with the same raw materials, formula and model are called batches, and each batch shall not exceed 50,000 pieces. 6-2 Sampling BB/T 0021—2001 6.2.1 The samples for appearance inspection shall be traced according to the normal sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. The batch quality shall be expressed by the number of unqualified products per 100 units. Type inspection should be carried out in the following cases: a) When a new product is successfully developed and mass-produced; h) When there is a significant change in raw and auxiliary materials that may affect product quality during normal production; c) When production is suspended for more than half a year and then resumed; d) When the national quality supervision and inspection department makes an inspection request. 6.4 Judgment rules 6.4.1 Quality judgment of sample units Number of unqualified judgments R The appearance and deviation of the packaging bag shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of Articles 4.1 and 4.2, and each packaging bag shall be a sample unit. If the retest results are still unqualified, the batch is unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking Product packaging should be printed with the manufacturer's name, product name, specification, standard number, trademark, ex-factory date, etc. BB/T 0021—2001 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 The packaging of the packaging bag should be firm, flat and suitable for transportation. 7.2.2 Different varieties, models and specifications of products are not allowed in each package. 7.2.3 Each package is generally divided into 30 or 50 pieces, or as agreed by the supply and demand parties. 7.2.4 Each package should have a product certificate. 7.3 Transportation and storage During transportation and storage, the packaging bag should not be close to fire or heat sources, and should not be exposed to moisture.
