This standard is a downgrade of JB R874—1999. The original standard was revised when it was revised. Compared with JB/T8874—1999, the main technical contents of this standard are as follows: 1. 5. 1 Materials
The bearing seat shall be made of HT200 grey iron, whose mechanical properties shall not be lower than those specified in GB 9439. The bearing seat may also be made of other materials with the same or superior properties. 5.2 Tolerances
5.2.1 The limit deviation of the inner hole diameter D, of the bearing seat shall comply with H8 in Table A2 and Table A4 of GBT 275-1993. The cylindricality of the inner hole of the bearing seat and the verticality of the inner hole shall comply with the provisions of Table 6 of GB/T275-1993. 5.2.2 The limit height of the center of the bearing seat 4H shall comply with the provisions of h13 in Table 22 of GB/T1800.4-1999. 5.2.3 The parallelism of the axis of the inner hole of the bearing seat to the bottom surface shall comply with the tolerance value of the 8th grade specified in Table B3 of GB/T1184-1996.

5.3.1 The surface roughness of the inner hole and the shoulder of the bearing seat shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 of GB/T275-1993. 5.3.7 The maximum value of the surface roughness R of the bottom surface of the bearing seat cover and the base and the bottom surface of the bearing seat is 6.3μm. 5. Requirements for performance
5.4.1 The molding sand, mold, marks and scars on the bearing seat should be cleaned up, and the rough surface after cleaning should be flat and smooth. 5.4.2 The surface of the bearing seat is not allowed to have cracks, pores, shrinkage holes, holes, sand inclusions, insufficient casting and other defects that can reduce the strength of the bearing seat and obviously damage the appearance. Small defects that do not damage the strength and appearance of the bearing seat can be left unfinished, but the number and size of the defects shall be determined by the subscriber and the manufacturer.
5.4.3 The fonts on the bearing seat (such as the bearing seat model, manufacturer's logo, etc.) should be complete, clear and smooth. 5.4 The bearing seat casting should be aged before machining. 2

5.5.! The surface of the bearing seat with T-point shall not have sand holes, burrs and sharp edges. 5.5. The outer surface of the bearing seat shall be coated with oil or paint, and the internal non-T-point surface shall be coated with anti-rust paint; the paint is sold at a price that is determined by the factory or through consultation with the subscriber. 5.5.3 After the bearing seat is inspected and qualified, the cast iron anti-fouling agent shall be removed from the surface of the bearing seat, and a hard paper baffle shall be placed in the felt groove to prevent dust and debris from invading. 6 Measurement method 6.1 Tolerance measurement 6.1.1 Inner hole measurement 6.1.1.1 Inner diameter test Fix the upper and lower parts with a screw, and then measure the middle of the inner hole according to the two-point profiling method. 6. 2. Roughness test of bearing seat JB/T8874-2000 The surface roughness of bearing seat is checked by comparing the roughness under the light. The inspection specification is as follows. 1. The bearing seat is inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it leaves the factory. The qualified bearing seat is accompanied by a quality certificate. 7.2 The sampling method for quality inspection of bearing seat shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/12828. e.1 The model and manufacturer code (or trademark) should be marked on the bearing seat, and its position and size should comply with the requirements of the product drawings. 8.2 The finished bearing seat that has passed the final inspection shall be packaged in accordance with GB/T8597. 8.3 Under the condition of complying with the storage and preservation regulations of the product, it is guaranteed not to rust within 10 years. The anti-rust period is calculated from the date of production.
