This standard is a revision of ZBJ88012—89 "Technical Conditions for Chamber Backflush Bag Dust Collector". a) This standard improves the technical performance of the product, namely the level of air leakage rate and steel consumption, and does not make specific rigid provisions for dust removal efficiency, but only stipulates the dust concentration at the outlet.
b) This standard adds provisions for the thickness of the paint film: adds technical requirements for important parts and components such as flower plates, short pipes and hanging devices. ) This standard no longer includes technical requirements for transmission components such as worm gears and worms. This standard shall replace ZBJ88012-89 from the date of entry into force. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
This standard is proposed and managed by the Mechanical Dust Removal and Harmful Gas Treatment Equipment Sub-Technical Committee of the Environmental Protection Machinery Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Machinery Industry.

E=50×e//p
Where: - air leakage rate, %:
e——measured air leakage rate, %
p—average negative pressure in the clean air chamber, Pa.bZxz.net
5.3 Inspection method
5.3.1 The dimensional accuracy grade of the tools used for geometric dimension inspection shall not be lower than Grade II, and the straightness inspection shall be carried out by the wire drawing method. 5.3.2 The sealing of the weld shall be inspected by kerosene penetration. The length of the weld to be inspected shall not be less than 50% of the total length of the weld, and all types of welds shall be included. 5.3.3 The paint film thickness shall be inspected by a paint film thickness gauge, and the paint film thickness inspection shall be carried out at no less than two points per square meter. 5.3.4 The paint film adhesion shall be in accordance with JB/T53134 The inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. The adhesion inspection shall be carried out by preparing three samples according to the same rust removal level and painting process as the dust collector, and taking the same inspection results of two or more samples. 5.3.5 The valve air tightness inspection shall be carried out according to the method agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6 Inspection rules
The dust collector and its parts and components shall be inspected by the quality inspection department before leaving the factory. They can only leave the factory if they meet the quality requirements, and a certificate of quality qualification shall be attached.
6.2 Inspection items include:
a) Inspection of machining geometric dimensions and shape tolerances of parts and components; b) Inspection of component assembly accuracy;
c) Inspection of welding quality;
d) Inspection of paint film thickness and adhesion:
e) Appearance inspection:
F Valve air tightness inspection according to user requirements: 9) Inspection carried out according to other technical requirements stipulated in the order agreement. 6.3 Handling of unqualified products
Items that fail the inspection shall be repaired or scrapped. 7 Marking and transportation
7.1 The dust collector should have a product nameplate fixed in a conspicuous position. The size and type of the nameplate should comply with the requirements of GB/T13306, including: a) Manufacturer name;
b) Product name and model;
c) Air volume and filter area:
d) Weight, kg;
e) Year, month and factory number:
f Implementation standard number.
JB/T8534-1997
7.2 For dust collector parts and components that need to be installed on site, the installation number of the parts and components should be marked with water-resistant, sun-resistant and non-falling color marks before leaving the factory.
7.3 The dust collector or parts and components must pass the inspection of the items in 6.2 before they can be packaged and transported. 7.3.1 The dust collector transported as a whole or the parts and components transported in disassembled form must comply with the requirements for loading and transportation by land or water. Within the limits of land or water transportation, the dust collector should be shipped according to the principle of the largest component. 7.3.2 The dust collector or components can be packed in naked, boxed, bundled or boxed. The packaging should ensure that no damage occurs under normal transportation conditions.
7.3.3 Use wooden boxes for packaging, fix the dust collector or components on the base, leave a distance of 50 to 80 mm between the dust collector or components and the box wall, and plug the middle with wood or other supporting parts. The filter bags should be packed in rainproof packaging. 7.4 The words and signs on the outer wall of the packaging box should be clear and neat, and the content is as follows: a) Manufacturer name and address;
b) Product model and name;
c) Name and address of the consignee:
d) Packing number:
e) Weight, kg;
f Box size length (mm) × width (mm) × height (mm), "Total × boxes, No. × box"; g) Other necessary signs.
7.5 The words and signs on the packaging box should be written on the front and side of the box with black paint, and should be ensured not to be blurred due to water erosion or long time. For dust collectors or parts and components that are packaged, bare or bundled, labels and signs should be hung with materials that are not easy to fade and durable, and tied to the dust collectors or parts and components. 7.6 The technical documents supplied with the dust collector include: a) delivery list; b) certificate of conformity; c) product manual; d) installation drawing and installation manual. 7.7 The accompanying technical documents shall be packed in moisture-proof bags, fixed in the designated position in the box, and the words "the accompanying documents are here" shall be marked on the outer wall of the box. For dust collectors that are transported in disassembly, the technical documents may be delivered separately. 7.8 Storage The parts and components of the dust collector shall be classified and stored flatly in a place without corrosive gas. Random stacking is strictly prohibited to prevent rust, deformation, damage and loss.
