The measurement of pulp board size is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T451.1. The size deviation shall not exceed ±5mm; the deflection shall not exceed 5mm. Pulp boards of other sizes may also be produced according to the contract. 5 Inspection regulations 5.1 The manufacturer shall ensure that the products produced meet the requirements of this standard. Each piece of this pulp shall be accompanied by a product certificate when it is delivered. 5.2 The quantity delivered at one time is regarded as a batch. The sampling for product acceptance inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828. The sample unit is piece. The sampling quantity and the number of qualified judgments shall be as specified in Table 2. Sampling plan 151~~3200 Normal inspection secondary sampling plan Inspection level S-3 Class C non-qualified products Class B non-qualified products Sample size AQL ama 6. 5 Non-qualified classification Non-qualified Tensile index Burst index Tear indexbZxz.net Dichloromethane extractable powder Dust degree Non-qualified Submission score 5.3 During sampling inspection, the external packaging of the sample should be checked first, and then the sample should be taken for inspection. The sampling and treatment of the sample before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T740 and GB/T10739. 5.4 The mechanical strength, difluoromethane extract, viscosity and dustiness of the pulp shall be measured with a mixed sample of the sample. If it fails to meet the standards, it can be measured again. If it still fails to meet the standards, it shall be judged as a batch failure. 5.5 The purchaser has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the purchaser has any objection to the quality of the product, it shall notify the supplier within three months after the arrival of the goods for joint re-inspection. If the re-inspection results still fail to meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a batch failure and the supplier shall be responsible for handling it; if the re-inspection results meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a batch failure and the purchaser shall be responsible for handling it. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 6.1 Wood pulp is packaged in flat pulp bags, and the weight of each pulp bag shall not exceed 220kg. 6.2 Each piece of pulp should be packed with 150-200g/m2 wrapping paper or two layers of similar pulp board, and tightly packed with iron wire of no less than No. 12 in the shape of "and". 6.3 The surface of each piece of wood pulp must be clearly marked with product name, trademark, number, air-dried weight, grade, inspector, production date, manufacturer name, etc. for identification. 6.4 Pulp bags should be properly kept to prevent rain, snow and ground moisture.6.5 Transportation should be carried out by means of transportation with clean seams. It can also be transported by open wagons, but must be covered with a rag to prevent rain and snow from wetting the finished products. 6.6 Do not drop pulp bales from heights when transporting or stacking. 308 Additional Notes: QB/T1678—1993 This standard was proposed by the Paper Industry Division of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Paper Standard Promotion Center. This standard was drafted by the Tianjin Light Industry Paper Technology Research Institute and Nanping Paper Mill. The main drafters of this standard are Feng Wenxin, Wan Guoguang, Ma Qinglan, Lu Lingfang, and Miao Junying. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Light Industry standard QB758~-1980 "Bleached Kraft Pulp" will be invalidated. 309 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
