Some standard content:
GB/T 5752—2002 This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO433:1991 "Conveyor belt marking", and is a revised version of the national standard GB/T5752—1992 "Conveyor belt marking". The main difference between this standard and ISO433:1991 is that this standard supplements the letter code of the belt core material according to the final draft of the international standard ISO/FDIS14890:1999 "Conveyor belts with rubber or plastic covering for general purpose fabric core conveyor belts". The main difference between this standard and GB/T5752-1992 is that this standard cancels the basic performance letter codes of belts such as U, Q, Y, T, C, M, A, which are in the original standard but not in ISO 433. This standard specifies the letter codes of belt core materials according to ISO/FDIS14890, and the letter codes of the original standard are customized. The original standard stipulates that the longitudinal distance between two signs should be less than 25m. This standard is equivalent to ISO433, which stipulates that the longitudinal distance between two signs should be less than 15m. This standard replaces GB/T5752-1992 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the State Petroleum and Chemical Industry Bureau. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the chemical industry adhesive tape standardization technical centralized unit. This standard is drafted by Tongxiang Shuangjian Group Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Shen Gengliang, Shen Weiming, Han Deshen, Li Jian. 47 GB/T5752-2002 ISO Foreword The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide federation composed of national standardization groups (ISO member groups). The work of formulating international standards is carried out through ISO technical committees. Each member has the right to participate in the professional field of the established technical committee. Governmental or non-governmental international organizations can also participate in this work after contacting ISO. ISO and the International Electrotechnical Organization (IEC) work closely together in all aspects of electrotechnical standardization. The draft international standard formally adopted by the technical committee is circulated to the member groups for voting and publication. An international standard requires at least 75% of the member groups voting for approval. International Standard ISO433 was prepared by ISO/TC41 Technical Committee [Pulleys and Belts (including V-Belts)]. The second edition of this standard has technically revised the first edition, canceled and replaced the first edition (ISO433:1982). 48 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Conveyor belts-Marking This standard specifies the marking content, marking size and marking position of conveyor belts. This standard is applicable to all kinds of conveyor belts. 2 Referenced Standards GB/T 5752-2002 Replaces GB/T5752-1992 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were valid. All standards are subject to revision. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T3684-1983 Specification and test method for electrical conductivity of conveyor belts (neqISO284:1982) GB/T3685-1996 Specification and test method for burning performance of conveyor belts with alcohol burner (eqVISO340:1988) Conveyor belts General purpose fabric core conveyor belts with rubber and plastic covering layers (eqV ISO/FDISGB/T 7984-2001 14890:1990) GB/T10822-1989 General purpose flame retardant conveyor belts 3 Definition of terms This standard uses the following terms. 3.1 Edge band Conveyor belt with edge rubber whose specified width is the installation width. 3.2 Cut edge belt After being manufactured into a belt strip of a certain width, it is cut into a conveyor belt without edge glue of the installation width. 4 Marking content The content of the mark is as follows (appearing in sequence in the mark). 4.1 The nominal value of the full thickness longitudinal tensile strength of the conveyor belt is expressed in N/mm. See Table 1 for the letter codes of the basic properties of conveyor belts. 4.2 Table 1 Letter codes for basic properties of conveyor belts Letter code Basic properties Resistant to flame combustion with or without a covering layer Resistant to flame combustion when there is a covering layer Conductivity (static electricity) Resistant to flame combustion with or without a covering layer and conductive (static electricity)Resistant to flame combustion and conductive (static electricity) when there is a covering layerGeneral Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China 2002- 05-29 Approval of relevant standards GB/T3685 GB/T3685 GB/T3684bZxz.net GB/T10822 GB/T10822 2002-12-01 implementation Letter code For strong scratching working conditions For strong wear working conditions For general working conditions 4.3 Four digits indicating the year and month of manufacture. 4.4 Letter code identifying the manufacturer. GB/T5752—2002 Table 1 (end) Basic performance 4.5 The nominal width of the conveyor belt, expressed in mm. 4.6 The core material and letter code of the conveyor belt are shown in Table 211 Table 2 Conveyor belt core material and letter code Cotton fiber Rayon short fiber Rayon long fiber Polyamide fiber Turbulent ester fiber Aromatic amide fiber Glass fiber Wire rope 4.7 The number of core layers of a layered fabric core conveyor belt is expressed in Arabic numerals. 4.8 The thickness of the upper and lower covering layers of the conveyor belt is expressed in mm. 4.9 Non-standardized numerical symbols can be selected by each manufacturer. 5 Size and weight of conveyor belt markings 5.1 Marking size Core material 5.1.1 The height of the letters is 20~80 mm. There is no limit on the length of the markings, and they can be arranged in two lines. Relevant standards GB/T 7984 GB/T7984 GB/T 7984 5.1.2 For conveyor belts with a cover thickness greater than or equal to 2mm, the maximum depth of the letters is 1.5mm. For conveyor belts with a cover thickness less than 2mm, the maximum depth of the letters is 50% of the cover thickness. 5.2 Marking position The marking should generally be made on the load-bearing surface of the conveyor belt. When used for special and clearly specified purposes, it can also be made on the non-load-bearing surface of the belt. 5.2.1 Edge belt marking The marking of the edge belt should be arranged longitudinally, about 50 to 100mm away from the edge of the belt. The marking is repeated on one side in the longitudinal direction, and can also appear alternately on the two sides of the belt. The longitudinal distance between the two markings should be less than 15m. As shown in Figures 1 and 2. 5.2.2 Marking of cut edge belt 5.2.2.1 The marking of cut edge belt shall be arranged horizontally, and the longitudinal distance between two markings shall be less than 15m. 5.2.2.2 The marking of cut edge belt shall be repeated several times within its full width so that each conveyor belt after cutting has complete markings, as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4. Instructions: 1] The letter code of belt core material specified in ISO/FDIS14890:1999 is added to this standard. 50 | | tt | 800 EP4 4. 5 +1. 5800L0006SJ800EP44.5+1.5800L00 public 800L0006SJ800EP4 4.5+1.5800L00Figure 3 w01~09 800L 0006 SJ800 EP4 4. 5+1. 5-800L 0006 SJ 800 EP4 4. 5 +1. 5L00 .58001 00EP44.5+1.5 Note: To avoid irregular molding of the mark on the bearing part of the belt surface, the transverse mark can be made of a marking rubber strip and vulcanized separately. 51 GB/T 5752—2002 5.2.3 The mark on the side of the conveyor belt reel core shaft shall be determined by each manufacturer. 6 Marking examples 4. 5 + 1.5 Thickness of upper and lower covering layers Number of core layers Code of core material Nominal width Code of manufacturer Last two digits and month of year of manufacture Code of basic properties of tape Tensile strength through longitudinal thickness Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
