Heat treatment system, 850±20 oil level, 100~450℃ tempering, water cooling. 5.4 Surface quality
5.4.1 The surface of the steel should be inspected with the naked eye. There should be no delamination, cracks or inclusions. 5.4.2 The surface of the steel is allowed to have local hairline and the depth should not exceed 0.8 mm. Folds, knots, pits, pits, scratches and lumps with a height of more than 1mm.
5.4.3 Surface defects of steel are allowed to be cleaned, but horizontal cleaning is not allowed. The cleaned area should be smooth and without corners. The cleaning width should not be less than five times the depth of the cleaning. The cleaning depth is measured from the actual size and shall not exceed the negative deviation allowed by the steel. 5.4.4 The burr at the end of the M18 groove side pot is not greater than 3mm5.4.5 Surface defects of steel shall not be welded or filled. 6 Test method
The inspection items, sampling number and sampling method of each batch of steel shall comply with Table 5 and 6.2, Table 5

Sample scale
6.2.2.4 Height of the groove side steel: The height of the side steel is measured at a distance of not less than 750rmm from the end face, or checked at a position agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. When measuring the tower, the waist height shall prevail. Measure the straight part outside the outer arc at the waist leg corner. The measurement station should exclude the influence of the outer edge slope of the leg.
6.2.2.5 width; the waist width of the channel side steel is measured at a distance of not less than 750mm from the end face, or checked at a position agreed upon by the supply and supply parties, with the waist height as the basis. Avoid the influence of waist unevenness when measuring. 6.2.2.6 The middle leg width, middle groove width and height of F15.E19 and F22 are checked with a template. The height of the middle leg concave platform is checked during turning and rolling, but the height after rolling should not be less than 5 r1,
6.2.3 Curvature
GB/T 341494
Measure the chord height of each meter of bending with a 1m ruler. The total curvature is calculated based on the total length of the steel and the maximum chord height. 6.2.4 Outer edge slope
The outer edge slope of the channel side steel is checked at a distance of not less than 750mm from the end face, or measured at the agreed position. The waist height is used as the basis for inspection, and the influence of the corner arc should be excluded. As shown in Figure 11. The absolute value of Q measured shall not be greater than, × 2.5% (, is the nominal size of the long leg). The absolute value of the difference between M and N measured shall not be greater than [(61+bz)/2) × 3.5%. As shown in Figure 12. 7 Inspection Rules
7.1 Steels shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department. 7.2 Batch Rules
Steel shall be accepted in batches. Each batch consists of steels of the same grade, the same furnace number, the same variety and the same size. Steels smelted in a furnace with a nominal capacity of not more than 30t or steels rolled by continuous casting and rolling are allowed to be mixed batches of the same grade, the same smelting method and different furnace numbers, but each batch shall not have more than 6 furnace numbers, the difference in carbon content of each furnace number shall not be greater than 0.02%, the difference in manganese content shall not be greater than 0.15%, and the weight of each batch shall not exceed 60t.
7.3 Re-inspection rules
The re-inspection and judgment rules for the inspection items of steel materials shall comply with the provisions of GB2101. 8 Packaging, marking and quality certificates
