Place before the following minor items: file number, project address, document type, storage period, quantity and unit, specification, and between professional record items, to distinguish the minor items. Place before the first responsible person.
Place before other responsible persons and between multiple file numbers, to distinguish the various units of the same minor item.+
Place before each attachment.
Place at both ends of the following contents: self-proposed contents, year in the file number, "etc." when the responsible person is omitted.||tt| |Place at both ends of the description of the responsible person, such as the name of the organization to which the responsible person belongs, the real name of the responsible person, the position or identity of the responsible person, the country of foreign responsible person and the original name, etc. Place before the uncertain recorded content, generally used in conjunction with [] Used between the following contents: start and end dates, between each level of file number, electronic document number, microfilm number, and storage address number
