This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for rubber single screw extruders (hereinafter referred to as extruders). This standard is applicable to rubber single screw extruders and rubber strainers for hot feed, cold slow feed and exhaust cold feed of various rubber semi-finished products.
This standard does not apply to pin-type cold slow feed extruders. 2 Standards

The extruder shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1
The process parameters of the extruder for processing rubber materials shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 3.2

3.3Cold feed extruder and exhaust type cold throat extruder-the temperature of the rubber at the exit of the extruder head shall not be less than 60℃. 3.4The speed of the extruder screw shall be adjustable (exception is allowed for the rubber filter), and there shall be a speed display device. 3.5The machine of the cold slow material extruder shall have a certain versatility, and shall be able to select screws of different structures designed to adapt to certain different rubber materials.
3.6The extruder shall have a feeding device that can ensure the stable transportation and uniform feeding of the rubber material. 3.7 Cold feed extruders and exhaust type cold feed extruders must have a temperature automatic adjustment device, the temperature adjustment range is 30 ~ 130C, and the temperature adjustment error is ± 5℃.
3.8 The screw should have sufficient strength and rigidity, and the thread surface should have good wear resistance. When nitriding treatment is adopted, the depth of the cyanide layer should be greater than 0.3mm, the surface hardness should not be less than HRC62, and the brittleness should not exceed Class II I: when other methods are used for treatment, the hardness should not be less than HRC47. The surface roughness Ra of the screw thread should not be greater than 1.6μm. 3.9 The inner surface of the sleeve bushing should have good wear resistance. When nitriding treatment is adopted, the depth of the nitriding layer shall be greater than 0.3mm, the surface hardness shall not be less than HRC66, and the brittleness shall not exceed Grade II; when other methods are used for treatment, the hardness shall not be less than HRC47. The surface roughness R of the inner surface of the bushing shall not be greater than 3.2um.

3.10 The fit between the screw and the inner surface of the bushing shall comply with 3.11 of GB1800~1801. The distribution of the fit clearance between the screw and the bushing along the circumference after assembly: For the screw with a fixed shaft end structure, the minimum value of the single-sided side clearance shall not be less than 1/5 of the maximum value of the single-sided side clearance; for the screw with a floating structure, the lower part of the front end of the screw is allowed to contact the village sleeve, but there shall be no scratches. www.bzxz.net

4.2 The feed limiter of the manual feeding extruder and the cutting device of the filter rubber machine shall be equipped with safety protection devices to prevent personal accidents. 4.3 The electrical control system shall comply with the safety requirements of relevant professional standards. 4.4 The lubrication system adopting forced centralized lubrication must have a device to interlock the system motor with the main motor. 4.5 The extruder or heavy parts and components shall be equipped with lifting holes or rings for easy lifting. 5 Test methods and inspection rules
5. 1 Idle running test
5.1.1 Before the idling test, add lubricating oil to the cylinder. 0.025
5.1.2 During the idle operation test, the screw speed is one third of the maximum speed, and the test time is 1h. For floating screw extruders, the test time shall not be less than 10 min.
5:1.3 Check the following items during the idle operation test: a.
According to the requirements of Article 3.4, check the adjustability of the screw speed. When using stepless speed regulation, check the adjustment range of the screw speed; when using step speed regulation, check the working condition of the speed conversion device; at the same time, check the accuracy of the speed display device. b.
Check the reliability of each interlocking device, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4! Check the distribution of the clearance between the screw and the bushing along the circumference, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.11; measure the noise sound pressure level during operation, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 1.1. 5.2 Load operation test

5.2.1 Load operation test can be carried out only after the idle operation test is qualified. 5.2.2 The load operation test time shall not be less than 1h. 5. 2. 3 Check the following items during the load operation test: a.
Check that the power consumption per unit of rubber material shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.13, check that the reliability and accuracy of the automatic temperature adjustment device shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.7, and measure the rubber material temperature at the front end of the screw rod to comply with the provisions of Article 3.3; check that the working condition of the slow material device shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.6, and measure the maximum extrusion capacity of the extruder to comply with the provisions of GB10482: Check the working condition of the lubrication system: the oil temperature and the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 45℃. Each extruder must be tested for empty operation before leaving the factory. Load operation test is only carried out in the following cases (generally carried out in the user's factory): trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production b.
When the product has a major change in structure and process; when the product is resumed after a long-term suspension (more than three years apart), during normal production, one unit shall be sampled for load operation test every year. When the load operation test fails, two more units shall be sampled for test. If there is still one unit that fails, the batch of products shall be tested one by one.
5.3.4Each extruder must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped! . When leaving the factory, it shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate and main measured data.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
Each product should be fixed with a product label in an appropriate and obvious position. The type, size and technical requirements of the label should comply with the provisions of JB8. 6.2 The basic content of the product label includes:
Manufacturing name or trademark,
Product model and name;
Product factory number:
d, manufacturing date.
6.3 The packaging requirements of the extruder should comply with the provisions of HG5-1543. 6.4 The transportation of the extruder should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. 6.5 The extruder products should be stored in a rainproof and ventilated warehouse or temporary shed and kept properly.
