According to the requirements of the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision's "Notice on the Abolition of Professional Standards and National Standards to be Transformed after Cleaning Up and Rectification" (State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision Standard Letter (1998) No. 216), the Ministry of Construction has cleaned up, rectified and reviewed the national standards approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision in 1992 for the Ministry of Construction to be converted into industry standards and the product standards approved and issued by the Ministry of Construction before 1992. The Ministry of Construction confirmed and issued the standard JGJ74.2--91 "Inspection and Acceptance Standard for Steel Trusses" in Document No. 154 of Jianbiao (1999) "Notice on the Announcement of the Results of the Cleaning and Rectification of the Product Standards of the Ministry of Construction", and the new number is JG9-1999. In order to facilitate the implementation of the standard, only the cover, first page, and the above-margin statement of the original standard are modified accordingly, and this explanation is added and reprinted. The original standard version is abolished at the same time. 1

3 Inspection classification
Quality standard of steel trusses
The inspection of steel trusses is divided into material inspection, process inspection and factory inspection. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 During the production process of steel trusses, each process must be self-inspected and mutually inspected, and the quality inspection department must conduct random inspections. After the steel trusses are completed, they must be inspected by the factory quality inspection department. If the quality is qualified, a quality certificate will be issued. 4.2 Batch division
One model of the same product in one project is considered a batch. 4.3 Inspection quantity
4.3.1 Process inspection
4.3.1.1 The templates and sample rods used for cutting must be inspected piece by piece, and 100% qualification is required. At least the first and last pieces of the same model of cutting parts must be inspected. The inspection department will randomly inspect, and the quantity must not be less than 5%. 4.3.1.2 The appearance (including size) inspection of assembly and weld quality should be carried out piece by piece. 4.3.2 Factory Inspection
Approved by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China on June 4, 1999 and implemented on June 4, 1999
JG9—1999
4.3.2.1 Before delivery, steel trusses shall be assembled for trial, with the number of trial assemblies not less than 3. 4.3.2.2 All steel trusses shall be inspected before delivery. 5 Inspection Methods
5.1 Materials
5.1.1 Structural Steel
5.1.1.1 The variety, model, specification and quality of steel shall comply with the requirements of the design documents and the provisions of JGJ74.1. The test items, sampling quantity and test methods of steel are shown in Table 1. Table 1 Test methods for steel products

Check the factory certificate and test report of steel products. Steel specifications can be measured with a steel ruler or caliper. Test methods
GB2106
GB4159
Surface defects and delamination of steel products can be observed by eye, measured with a ruler, and, if necessary, a penetration test or ultrasonic flaw detection can be performed. 5.1.2 Connection materials
5.1.2.1 Welding rods, welding flux, welding wire and shielding gas used for welding shall comply with the requirements of the design documents and relevant national regulations, and shall comply with the provisions of JGJ74.1.
The material, type, specification, etc. of high-strength bolts and ordinary bolts shall comply with the requirements of the design documents and shall comply with the provisions of JGJ74.1. 5.1.2.2 Inspection method
Check the factory certificate of welding rods, welding wires, welding flux, high-strength bolts, ordinary bolts, etc., and check the baking records and packaging of welding rods, welding flux, etc.
5.1.3 Anti-corrosion materials
5.1.3.1 The primer and topcoat used for structural components shall comply with the requirements of the design documents and shall comply with the provisions of JGJ74.1. 5.1.3.2 Inspection method
Check the paint brand and factory quality certificate. 5.2 Process Inspection
5.2.1 Cutting and Correction
5.2.1.1 Cutting and correction of steel materials shall comply with the requirements of JGJ74.1. 5.2.1.2 Inspection Method
Observe and measure with a ruler. For cracks and delamination at the fracture of steel materials, use magnetic particle penetration test and ultrasonic flaw detection if necessary, and check the operation records.
5.2.2 Assembly
JG9-1999
5.2.2.1 The assembly of steel trusses shall comply with the provisions of JGJ74.1. 5.2.2.2 Inspection Method
a. Check the welding operation certificate of the workers who locate the welding points. b. Check that the welding rods used for the tack welding points should be the same as those used for formal welding. C. Check the limit deviation during assembly. It is necessary to measure with a steel ruler and caliper and check with a feeler gauge. 5.2.3 Welding
5.2.3.1 The quality requirements for welds shall comply with the provisions of JGJ74.1. 5.2.3.2 Inspection methods
8. Check the examination certificates of welders and non-destructive inspection personnel, and check the qualification certificates and examination dates of the corresponding welding conditions of the welders.
b. In addition to the appearance inspection, non-destructive inspection is required for the first and second level welds. All first level welds shall be inspected by ultrasonic inspection and 2% of the weld length shall be inspected by X-ray. At least one negative film shall be used for the radiographic inspection. If the defects exceed the standard, two more points nearby shall be selected for inspection. If there are still defects exceeding the standard, the weld must be fully transilluminated. For second level welds, 50% of the weld length shall be inspected by ultrasonic inspection. The length of each inspection point shall not be less than 300mm. If the inspection fails, two more points nearby shall be selected for inspection. If there are still defects exceeding the standard, the weld shall be fully inspected by ultrasonic inspection. c.
