3 Types, basic parameters and main dimensions
3.1 Type
The disc-type condenser consists of a cover, a bottom and condensing plates. The cooling water in the interlayer is connected in series by the elbow outside the device. According to user needs, it can also be connected in parallel or in series. Figure 1 is a series type, Appendix D is a parallel type, and Appendix E is a series type. The composition of the series type disc condenser is shown in Figure 1, Table 1 and Table 2. When the cooling water temperature in the interlayer is higher than -20℃ to lower than 0℃, the material selected for the condenser pressure component should be adapted to the use temperature. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992

The nominal pressure inside the disc condenser is divided into two types: normal pressure and 0.25MPa. When the outlet of the medium inside the condenser is connected to the atmosphere or to a storage tank connected to the atmosphere, the normal pressure level can be used, otherwise the 0.25MPa level should be used. The nominal pressure inside the interlayer is 0.25MPa.
3.2.2 Condensation area
The disc condenser consists of a cover, a bottom and condensing plates. The condensing area is the sum of the three. The cover and the bottom have the same specifications and sizes. The condensing area is half of the condensing plate of the same specifications. The condensing plates are divided into three specifications: 0.5m2/piece, 1.0m2/piece, and 2.0m2/piece, respectively represented by P0.5, P1, and P2, see Table 3.3.3 Main dimensions

4 Technical requirements
P1×10HG/T2056-91
4.1 The material selection, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of the disc condenser shall be in accordance with ZBG94004. 4.2 The water pressure test pressure of the interlayer between the cover and the bottom of the condenser and the interlayer of each single piece is 0.35MPa, and must be Then conduct the overall water pressure test inside the device. When the nominal pressure inside the device is normal pressure, conduct a 0.1MPa water pressure test. When the nominal pressure inside the device is 0.25MPa, conduct a 0.35MPa water pressure test. There should be no leakage at the inter-plate sealing ring. 4.3 The technical requirements for the inter-plate sealing ring and the condenser slip-on flange shall be in accordance with Appendix A and Appendix B. 4.4 When tightening the studs and nuts, they must be tightened evenly in sequence along the diagonal line, and no skewing is allowed. Strictly prevent uneven tightness from causing poor sealing or damage to the glass layer.
5 Two disc-type condenser elements with pressure levels marked with
shall not be mixed. 4.5
4.6 The thickness of the glass layer of the disc-type condenser is 0.8~1.5mm. 5. Labels, factory documents, packaging and transportation
Lawyers, factory documents, packaging and transportation According to Article 6 of ZBG94004, the label should be installed in a conspicuous position on the cover. The condenser plate, the bottom and the conspicuous part of the cover of the condenser should be stamped with a steel mark. The marking content is 5.3
