This standard is one of the special product standards covered by the national standard GB/T3324 (General Technical Requirements for Wooden Furniture and GB/T3325-General Technical Requirements for Metal Furniture). The technical requirements of qualified products in this standard meet the requirements of the German standard DIN68885 "Furniture Table Inspection" (1987 edition). In addition to reflecting the characteristics of dining tables and dining chairs, this standard also has the following main differences:
1. According to the principle of maximum freedom, the provisions on the size of tabletops and chairs (dead surface) are removed. This standard only stipulates the minimum allowable size and difference.
2. This standard is now 3. This standard specifies the specifications, classification and grading of test results. It especially specifies the principles and methods for grading test results. This standard is formulated for the first time as an industry standard. Appendix A of this standard is the standard appendix. Appendix C of this standard is the appendix of the standard. This standard is proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is drafted by the National Furniture Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard are Xi'an Furniture Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station and Xi'an Window Shengtai Appliance Industry Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Li Shicheng and Yu Changqing. +2s

6 Test method
6.1 Dimension inspection
Specification, main dimensions and their deviations shall be measured by a steel tape measure (or steel ruler) with an error of no more than 0.6u mesh per mesh on the test piece placed on the test plate (or flat ground). 6.2 Appearance inspection
During type inspection, the appearance inspection shall be carried out under natural light or near-natural light with an illumination range of 300-600x (such as 40W fluorescent lamp), by three people, and the same conclusion of more than two people shall be the evaluation result. During factory inspection, it can be inspected independently by a qualified full-time inspector. 6.3 Material inspection
The moisture content of this material shall be inspected by one of the following methods (method b shall be used for arbitration inspection). a) Inspect according to the provisions of 5.2- in GB/T3324; b) Take samples from the parts specified in 5.2 in GB/3324: Inspect according to the method specified in GB1931. 6.4 Other inspections
Items 5.2, 5.6, and 5.7 of this standard shall be inspected according to the test methods specified in the corresponding tables. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 7.1.1 Type inspection is a comprehensive assessment of product quality. All items listed in Table A1 are type inspection items. 7.1.2 Factory inspection is the inspection that must be carried out when the product leaves the factory or is delivered. A total of 31 items, including 130 and 39 items in Table A1, are factory inspection items.
7.2 Micro-inspection items
Inspection items are divided into basic items, graded items, and general items. The inspection results of graded items are rated as A, B, and C according to the provisions of Table A1. 7.3 Evaluation of type inspection results
QB/T2383-98
7. 3.1 Type inspection single sample and batch planning According to the provisions of 4.3 of QB/T 1951.1, 7.3.2 Unit product inspection results are divided into A-grade products, B-grade products, C-grade products and unqualified products. A-grade products: that is, superior products, all basic items and general items are qualified, one B-grade or one C-grade item is allowed in the classification items, and the durability must be A-grade.
B-grade products: that is, first-class products, all basic items are qualified, two C-grade items are allowed in the classification items, the durability must be graded, and three unqualified items are allowed in the general items. C-grade products: that is, qualified products, all basic items are qualified, all classification items are above grade C, and four unqualified items are allowed in the general items.
Unqualified products: Those that do not meet the above requirements are evaluated as unqualified products. 7.3.3 For the evaluation of the grade of a complete set of products, first evaluate the grade of each unit product separately according to the above requirements, and take the lowest grade as the quality grade of the set of products.
7.3.4 For products that fail the type inspection, it is allowed to conduct a re-inspection. The re-inspection product planning shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.7 of QBT1951.1. The re-inspected products are only judged to be qualified or not. For products that pass the re-inspection, the inspection conclusion is "re-inspection qualified", and the quality grade cannot be evaluated:
7.3.5 The confirmation of Grade A and Grade B products shall be accompanied by the physical quality level inspection certificate issued by the national testing center, the industry's professional inspection agency, or the inspection agency commissioned by the state or industry: Grade C products shall be determined by enterprise inspection. 7.4 Grading and evaluation of factory inspection results
7.4,1 The grading and evaluation of the factory inspection of a unit product shall be based on the grade assessed by the most recent type inspection and shall be evaluated according to the following conditions:
Grade A products: basic items and general items are all qualified, one B-level or one C-level item is allowed in the graded items, and the rest of the items are all A-level.
Grade B products: basic items and general items are all qualified, two C-level items are allowed in the graded items, and the rest of the items are all above B-level, and one unqualified item is allowed in the general items.
Grade C products: basic items are qualified on average, and the graded items are all above C-level, and three unqualified items are allowed in the general items. Unqualified products: Products that do not reach the grade assessed by the last type inspection are unqualified products of this grade. 7.4.2 The quality grade of batch products is assessed by the method of single sample inspection, and the quality grade is determined by the number of qualified products determined in the previous item. The sampling inspection adopts the general inspection level II of the normal inspection sampling plan of GB2828, and the qualified quality level (AQL) is 6.5. The sample size and judgment array are shown in Table B1.7.4.3 When a certain level of unqualified products are evaluated according to the above article, the level of the unit product can be re-evaluated according to the requirements of the next quality level, and re-evaluated with the new number of qualified products. When it meets the requirements of the next quality level, it is allowed to leave the factory. 7.4.4 The level evaluated by the factory inspection should not be higher than the level evaluated by the most recent type inspection. 8 Marking, labeling, packaging
8.1 The product logo, label or packaging should at least contain the following: 1) Product name, specification model, high-end products should indicate the material name; 2) Full Chinese name, address or registered trademark of the manufacturer: c) Qualification certificate and standard code.
8.2 During transportation, the product should be padded or packaged to prevent sun exposure or water leakage. 8.1. The product should be kept dry, ventilated, anti-fouling and anti-sunlight during storage: the stacking should not be too high, and lining should be added to prevent compression damage.

Unqualified products: products that do not meet the grade assessed by the last type inspection are unqualified products of this grade. 7.4.2 The quality grade of batch products is assessed by single sample inspection, and the quality grade is determined by the number of qualified products determined in the previous article. The sampling inspection adopts the general inspection level II of the normal inspection sampling plan of GB2828, and the qualified quality level (AQL) is 6.5. The sample size and judgment array are shown in Table B1.7.4.3 When a certain level of unqualified products is assessed according to the previous article, the level of the unit product can be re-assessed according to the requirements of the next quality level, and re-assessed with the new number of qualified products. When it meets the requirements of the next quality level, it is allowed to leave the factory. 7.4.4 The level assessed by the factory inspection should not be higher than the level assessed by the most recent type inspection. 8 Marking, labeling, packaging
8.1 The product marking, labeling or packaging should at least contain the following contents:) Product name, specification model, high-end products should indicate the material name; 6) The full Chinese name, address or registered trademark of the manufacturer: c) Qualification certificate and standard code.
8.2 During transportation, the product should be padded or packed to prevent sun exposure or water damage. 8.1 During storage, the product should be kept dry, ventilated, and protected from dirt and sun damage: the stack should not be too high, and lining should be added to prevent damage.
