JB/T 8293.1-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J83 004-88 "Floating Oil Seals". The main technical content changes are as follows: - Simplify some parameters and expand the specifications in the series from 32 to 58; - Add static sealing performance test, and change the technical requirements for O-rings; - Modify and increase the technical requirements for oil seal seats and oil seal assemblies; - The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of O-rings are made into independent articles according to the characteristics of rubber products. This standard specifies the terminology of floating oil seals for engineering machinery, the basic opening and size series of main parts, requirements, inspection categories, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard is applicable to floating oil seals with end face dynamic sealing function on the traveling parts and planetary reduction parts of engineering machinery with a diameter of φ51~φ608mm. Floating oil seals in other machinery can also be used for reference. This standard was first issued on March 10, 1988. This standard defines the requirements, shape and size series of main parts, requirements, inspection categories, packaging, transportation and shipping of floating seals for engineering machinery.
This standard is applicable to floating seals with dynamic sealing function on the traveling parts and speed reduction parts of engineering machinery with a diameter of 1-608mm, and can be used in other parts of machinery. 2 Referenced standards

5.1 Requirements for net rings

5.1.! The floating seal ring shall be manufactured according to the same and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and shall meet the requirements of the small standard. 5.1.2 The material of the floating seal ring must meet the use requirements of the floating oil station. 5.1.3 The hardness of the end face of the floating seal ring shall be 60~72HRC.5.1.4 The outer and inner surfaces of the floating seal ring shall not be defective, scratched or dented. 5.1.5 The milling surface of the floating ring shall be smooth and polished, without any particles adhering or obvious protrusions. The coaxiality of the cone surface to the reference axis shall not be greater than 0.3mm:
5.[.6 The static sealing performance test of the sealing rings in pairs shall be maintained within 1 meter without leakage. 5.2 Requirements
5.2.! The profile shall be replaced according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and meet the requirements of this standard. 5.2.2 The profile shall be made of industrial rubber material. 5.2.3 The service temperature is -60-+120%
5.2.4 The temperature under normal resistance is 55~70 (degrees A) 5.2.5 The minimum tear strength under normal temperature shall not be less than MPa. 5.2.6 The minimum batch elongation rate at room temperature shall not be less than 250%. 5.2.7 The hardness change shall not exceed +8°C after air aging test at 120°C × 70h. 5.2.8 The shrinkage permanent deformation rate shall not exceed 35%. 5.2.9 The elasticity change value shall not exceed +5 (A). 5.3 Requirements for the seat
5.3.! The float seat shall be made according to the approved sample and technical documents, and shall not meet the requirements of this standard. 5.3.2 The zinc metallurgy and the surface of the float seat shall not have burrs, sharp angles and obvious concave and convex joints, and the transition shall be smooth. 5.3.3 The tolerance of the same degree of the phase line of the domestic sales face is 0.12mm. 5.4 Dynamic seal assembly requirements || tt || 5.4.1 The difference between the two outer diameters of the dynamic seal rings assembled in pairs should be less than 0.5mm. The inspection of floating parts is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. The inspection is in accordance with the provisions of 1B/T8293.2. The inspection of floating parts is to check the color of the oil and the door ring. Before delivery, the factory inspection department shall conduct inspections according to this standard and the requirements of the drawings. After passing the inspection, the parts are allowed to leave the factory and a certificate of conformity is issued: the inspection items are determined by the manufacturer. 6.2 Type inspection

New products shall be tested, old products shall be tested, or re-produced after one year of suspension of production. Type inspection shall be conducted by 10 professional and technical personnel and other units in the industry. After the floating sealing ring is strictly inspected, the products must be cleaned and wiped with dirt and oil before packaging: the inner packaging material is natural material and paper box, the outer packaging is wooden box or thick cardboard, and the product is accompanied by a certificate of conformity issued by the quality inspection department. The packaging method shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 5, Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 of GB 5947.1999. 7.2 When the product is shipped in its entirety, under normal transportation conditions, the product must not be damaged.
