Good cooperation and communication between customers and translation service providers is a necessary prerequisite for ensuring the quality of translation service documents. Before starting translation, the translation service provider should fully understand the needs of customers using documents, record the special needs of customers in detail, and objectively introduce the quality level and pass rate of the translation to customers to eliminate possible ambiguities to the greatest extent. The factors that affect the quality of documents mainly include the translator's language control ability, professional knowledge structure, work experience and experience, and translation time limit. 4.1 Faithful to the original text
Completely and accurately express the original information without core homophonic differences. 4.2 Unified terminology
Terminology should conform to the industry and professional common standards of the national standard language, and be consistent with the previous content. 4.3 Fluent writing
Conform to the spoken language and expression habits, and the writing should be clear and easy to understand. 5 Specific requirements
5.1 Numerical expression
Conform to the Japanese language expression habits; if a specific counting method is used, it should comply with relevant regulations or standards. 5.2 Special nouns
5.2.1 Names of people, places, groups, institutions, and trademarks should use conventional translations (if there are special requirements, it should be agreed upon by both parties). If there is no conventional translation, you can translate it yourself and annotate the original text when necessary. If Chinese names, places, groups, and institutions are translated into phonetic languages, they should be translated according to the Chinese phonetic method or the historical translation method. For translation into non-phonetic languages, the translation shall be made according to the established translation method and the customary translation method of the target language, and the Chinese phonetic name may be annotated after the translation. The registered name of the target language shall be used as the trademark name. 5. 2. 2 Positions, titles, and honorifics

Symbols for basic disciplines such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, and other technical fields generally adopt relevant standards and common expressions of disciplines.
Punctuation marks should comply with relevant standards or common practices of the native language. 5.5Abbreviations
When they appear for the first time, they should be translated in full and annotated with the original text. Abbreviations that have been annotated in the previous text or have clear meanings can be used directly in the translation. When the translation is too long or there are too many abbreviations, a unified abbreviation list can be added. 5.6 Translation Arrangement
The paragraphs and numbers of the translated text can be directly arranged in the original text, or they can be arranged on the basis of the original text in accordance with the style of the target language and the expression habits of the relevant profession.
6 Other requirements
6.1 When some words in the source language are not included in the slogan, it is allowed to retain the original words or create new words according to the meaning. The determination of new words in the translation shall refer to the provisions of 4.4.2.7 in GB/T19363.1-2003. 6.2 When the sentence structure or rhetoric of the original text cannot make the translation smooth, it is allowed to change the sentence structure or rhetoric or add or delete some words and sentences in the translation without affecting the semantics of the original text, so as to make the translation more in line with the expression of the target language. 6.3 Poems, songs, advertisements and other special styles and speeches using special rhetoric are allowed to be translated flexibly without making major changes to the core semantics or concepts of the source text.
6.4 If the original text contains words in other languages ​​that cannot be translated or are not within the agreed translation scope, this must be noted at the relevant location and the original text must be retained.
6.5 With the agreement of both parties, the words in the original text that are not relevant to the customer's use may be omitted. 6.6 If there are errors in the original text, the translator can directly translate it according to the literal meaning of the original text and indicate it in the translation, or make corrections and indicate it. If there are ambiguities or missing words in the original text and the original text cannot provide necessary explanations, the translator can adopt reasonable alternative methods to translate it and indicate it in the translation.
7 Translation quality assessment
