4.2 Construction steps
SY 5299-91
4.2.1 Turn off the power supply of the well site, load the sealing tool with gunpowder, and assemble the ignition device. The opening of the gunpowder column should be ignited by the gunpowder cake (tube), and the thread of the tightening part should be tightened. Wrap the ignition wire with insulating tape. 4.2.2 When the bridge plug is connected to the sealing tool, the self-locking spring claw of the tension core must be inserted into the spring groove of the adjustment sleeve, and then the tension core shaft thread is tightened. When tightening the tension core shaft thread, it should be noted that there should be an appropriate gap between the bridge plug and the sealing tool. The gap distance and requirements are shown in Table 1. Table 1
and the following temperature range, "C
>93~135
135~~176
≥176~204
Gap between the bridge plug and the sealing tool, mm
42.3 Check the cable continuity and insulation, and then connect the cable head, magnetic positioner, and sealing tool in turn. The breaking force of the weak point should be 15~20k.
4.2.4 A designated person shall direct the lifting of the cable and lower the bridge plug into the well. When the upper lifting ring of the seal 1 is 30~40cm higher than the wellhead flange surface, stop the machine, discharge the cable core to the ground, and connect it to the ignition wire of the seal tool when the cable core is out of power. 4.2.5 The bridge plug is lowered into the well for 5m, and the external power supply of the instrument is connected, and the tachometer is zeroed. When it is lowered to 30m, check the conduction of the ignition wire of the seal tool.
4.2.6 Instrument adjustment and operation shall be carried out in accordance with SY5175. 4.2.7 The speed of lowering or lifting the cable shall not exceed 2000/h within 300m of the wellhead, and shall not exceed 3000m/h beyond 300m
4.2.8 The sealing position of the bridge plug shall be 40cm away from the casing coupling. 4.2.9 The requirements for depth, ignition, cable lifting and release and related zero length should be in accordance with SY5325, and 3.10.1~3.10.3 should be implemented. 4.2.10 During ignition, observe the ammeter, instrument recorder and cable to determine whether the gunpowder is ignited and whether the bridge plug is seated. 4.2.11 After ignition, measure the resistance curve of the bridge plug seat position, make a ash fixation mark on the cable, and then remove the sealing tool from the parallel port. 4.2.12 The steps and requirements for ash pouring to reinforce the bridge plug are as follows: 4.2.12.1 Connect the assembled ash pouring cylinder with the positioner and cable, and lower it into the parallel port. When the upper end of the ash pouring cylinder is lowered to parallel with the flange surface of the parallel port, stop and wait for cement slurry to be poured.
4.2.12.2 The oil testing team shall mix the cement slurry and determine the amount of cement slurry to be poured. The cement slurry must be solidified for more than 6 hours. 4.2.12.3 Pour the prepared cement slurry into the ash dumping cylinder through the funnel, and the bridge plug operation team and the oil testing team will start timing together. 4.2.12.4 When lowering the ash dumping cylinder, the cable lowering speed is controlled at 3000m/h. When the ash dumping cylinder is lowered to 25m above the bridge plug seat seal position. The operator drops the instrument recording pen to track the measurement, and the winch operator speeds up the cable lowering speed, controlling it at 6000--8000m/h, and impacts the ash dumping. 4.2.12.5 When the cable fixed ash dumping mark is lowered to the wellhead flange surface, the port guard directs the winch to stop, and the operator should measure the resistance mountain line on the instrument recording paper.
4.2.12.6 Slowly lift the cable 10m, control the speed at 200m/h, and then resume normal starting speed. 4.2.12.7 Lift the ash dumping cylinder out of the wellhead and check whether the cement slurry has been poured out. 4.2.12.8 If the designed quantity of ash cannot be reached in one time, the next ash pouring must be carried out after 24 hours. 4.3 Handling of abnormal situations during construction
4.3.1 If the gunpowder is not ignited, the sealing tool and the bridge plug should be put into parallel, the ignition line should be disconnected, and the wellhead can be pulled out with insulating tape. The wellhead power should be turned off for inspection. 4.3.2 If the cable is found to be tangled, the bridge plug shall not be sealed. 2
4.3.3 If resistance is found, the construction shall not be continued. 4.3.43
If the bridge plug fails the trial, the ash shall not be poured out.
SY 5299--91wwW.bzxz.Net
After the ash pouring machine is lowered into the well for more than 1.5 hours, the cement slurry cannot be poured out, and the wellhead must be pulled out for inspection. If there is an error in the depth of the bridge plug position, it must be reported to the relevant departments. 4.3.6
If the bridge plug operation team finds a jam, they have the right to pull to 30kN to unblock it. If they still cannot unblock it, they should report to the relevant departments for processing. When constructing in a special well site, a corresponding construction plan should be formulated before construction to ensure that the construction is safe and smooth. .4.3.8
5 Quality inspection after the bridge plug seat is sealed
Check the depth of the bridge plug seat seal position, check whether the measured coupling curve is consistent with the drawn coupling line, and whether the lifting or lowering value is consistent.
Check the pressure test after the bridge plug seat is sealed, and it should meet the pressure test parameters required by Table 2. Table 2

Safety precautions should refer to the relevant provisions of 5.1-5.3 in SY5325 and 3.6.43.6.6 in SY5326. 6.1
When using Baker type bridge plug seat seal, the ground pressure must be discharged after it is lifted out of the wellhead. 6.3 The pressure discharge regulations for bridge plug seat seal are as follows: 6.3.1 The seat seal tool is lifted out of the wellhead and placed in a safe area 15m away from the wellhead for pressure discharge. One person is required to discharge the pressure. The pressure relief valve of the seat seal tool is tilted to the sky, and the pressure relief hole is facing the ground. 6.3.2
.6.3.3 No one should be within 50m in front of the pressure relief valve, and the pressure relief personnel should not face the pressure relief valve. When relieving pressure, stretch out your arms and use a special tool to turn the pressure relief valve plug counterclockwise for 34 cycles to discharge the gas. 6.3.4
6.3.5 If the pressure relief valve is found to be deformed or malfunctioning, do not smash it with iron tools. The second set of pressure relief methods after the pressure relief valve fails: 6.3.6
a, Align the pressure relief hole of the upper cylinder of the sealing tool vertically to the ground and fix it firmly with a pipe clamp. b, Use another pipe clamp to disassemble the combustion chamber of the sealing tool counterclockwise. Remove the 4 buckles slowly. Stop removing when gas is found to be discharged from the pressure relief hole until the gas is discharged completely:
c, When discharging pressure, it is strictly forbidden to stand at both ends of the sealing tool. It is strictly forbidden to observe with eyes and touch the pressure relief hole. , 4 Bridge plug operation is not allowed to be carried out at night.
