National Standard of the People's Republic of China This standard applies to paper used for offset multi-color printing of nautical charts. 1. Classification 1.1 Nautical charts are flat sheets. GB 2676-81 1.2 Paper size: 787×1092mm, 787×1260mm, the size error shall not exceed ±3mm, and the skewness shall not exceed 3mm. Drawing ink; b. Shaving blade with a thickness of 0.08-0.13mm; C. Drawing eraser. 3.1.3 Inspection process Take a 200×200mm sample, first draw a line with a width of 1.5mm with drawing ink, then carefully erase the line with a 0.08-0.13mm thick shaving blade and eraser, and then draw a line of the same width with ink at the same position. The line should not have burrs or diffusion. 4 Acceptance rules 4.1 The quantity delivered at one time is considered as a batch, but not more than 30 tons. 4.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard. Each piece of paper shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity when it is delivered. 4.3 The user has the right to check whether the quality of the batch of products meets the requirements of this standard. During the inspection, the external packaging shall be checked first, and then samples shall be taken from them for inspection. 4.4 If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, samples shall be taken from double the number of paper pieces, and the indicators that do not meet the requirements of the first sample shall be re-inspected. If the re-inspection results show that only one piece of paper does not meet the requirements, the entire batch of paper shall be listed as unqualified products, and the manufacturer shall be responsible for handling it. 4.5 The sampling of samples and the handling of samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB450-79. 5 Packaging and marking 5.1 Every 250 sheets shall be packed into small packages with kraft paper or paper bag paper with a basis weight of not less than 60g/m2. Each package of paper shall be accompanied by a paper selection card. 5.2.1 120g 787×1092mm, 4 reams per piece 5.2.2 150g 787×1092mm, 3 reams per piece 5.2.3 120g 787×1260mm, 3.5 reams per piece 5.2.4 150g 787×1260mm, 2.5 reams per piece 5.3 Wrap the paper in small packages into large packages according to the specified number of reams with three layers of 80g paper bags, put a piece of moisture-proof paper and yellow board paper on the top and bottom, and use wooden clips that meet the standard requirements. 5.4 The lead wire used for punching is 10*. 5.5 After punching, a certificate of conformity shall be affixed to each piece of paper, and the production date shall be noted and the longitudinal direction of the paper shall be marked on the plywood. 6 Transportation and storage 6.1 Paper shall be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow and ground moisture. 39 GB2676-81 6.2 During transportation, a canopy and clean transportation vehicle shall be used. 6.3 Paper shall not be dropped from a height.
