Some standard content:
This standard is a revision of GB/T5330-1985 "Industrial Metal Wire Braided Square Hole Screen". Compared with GB/T5330--1985, the main changes of this standard are as follows: unified accuracy level; GB/T 5330--2003 adjusted the values of basic mesh size, mesh arithmetic mean size deviation, large mesh size deviation model and metal wire diameter matching (see Table 1 and Table 2); -adjusted the values of metal wire diameter and deviation (see Table 3); -adjusted the allowable number of large mesh (see 4.4), weaving defects (see 4.6.3 and Table 4) and mesh length (see Table 5); added requirements for metal mesh curling (see 4.6.4), mesh tilt (see 4.6.5), etc. Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard are all informative appendices. This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Screen Screening and Particle Sorting Methods (CSBTS/TC168). This standard was drafted by the Mechanical Science Research Institute, and the State-owned No. 540 Factory, State-owned No. 9699 Factory, Xi'an Xilan Copper Mesh Factory, and Anping County Anhua Hardware Mesh Products Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting. The drafters of this standard are Yu Fang, Bai Guoqiang, Hao Qingxue, He Yongli, Song Ruxuan, Zhang Xun, and Wu Guochuan. This standard is interpreted by the Secretariat of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Screen Screening and Particle Sorting Methods. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: -GB/T 5330-1985. 1 Scope Industrial metal wire woven square hole screen GB/T 5330--2003 This standard specifies the weaving type, model, specification, marking, technical conditions, test methods, inspection rules and markings of industrial metal wire woven mesh used for screening and filtering. This standard applies to metal wire woven square mesh for screening of solid particles, filtering of liquids and gases and other industrial purposes. This standard applies to industrial metal wire woven square mesh with basic mesh size of 0.02mm~~16.0mm. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard.
