3 Product classification
The basic dimensions of embossed plates are shown in Figure 1, which shall comply with the provisions in Table 1 or be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties as specifications other than those specified in Table 1.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 The embossed plate shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The embossed plate shall be made of LF3R material or lead-magnesium alloy material with chemical composition and mechanical properties better than LF3R. 4.3 The pattern depth and surface hardness shall meet the specified values ​​in Table 2. 4.4 The pattern should be clear, smooth, beautiful, and evenly hooked. There should be no omissions or obvious connecting points in the fine pore pattern. In each 200mm×200mm plane, there should be no more than 3 obvious connecting points. The pattern surface is smooth and bright, without scratches and defects. 4.5 The embossed plate should work for more than 2600h within the process specifications of temperature (50~130℃) and pressure (2~8MPa). The pattern is clear, does not deform, and does not fall off.
5 Test method
5.1 For 4.2, according to the product certificate of the raw material manufacturer. 5.2 For 4.3, use a depth gauge and HB-3000 Brinell hardness tester to test. When measuring the pattern depth and surface hardness (on the non-working surface), take five random measurements and then calculate the arithmetic mean. The data obtained are the pattern depth and hardness of each embossed plate. 5.3 For 4.4, use hand feel and a four-fold magnifying glass for visual inspection. 5.4 For 4.5, use the results or certification materials of follow-up inspection by the manufacturer and formally certified by the user unit for certification inspection. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Each embossed plate shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of 4.34.4 before leaving the factory. 6.1.2 Each embossed plate shall be inspected and issued with a certificate of conformity before leaving the factory. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out when one of the following conditions is met. ,Www.bzxZ.net
Major changes in manufacturing materials, processes, types of patterns, etc.: The cumulative production of the same pattern plate is more than 50 pieces; when the quality supervision and inspection department puts forward type inspection requirements for product quality. Type inspection items shall be in accordance with all the contents of 4.1.4.2.4.3.4.4. If any of them fails, it shall be deemed as an unqualified product. 6.2.2
6.2.3 Type inspection sampling shall be 20% of the batch, but not less than 2 pieces. If the type inspection fails, the sampling inspection shall be doubled; if it still fails, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 6.2.4
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 The non-working surface of the embossed plate shall have a trademark and a qualified mark. 7.2 The embossed plate shall be flatly wrapped with a layer of tough kraft paper, packed in plastic, and packed in a wooden box, and anti-extrusion fillers shall be placed in the gap between the embossed plate and the inner wall of the wooden box.
7.3 The packaging box should comply with the provisions of Article 4.1.14.1.3 of GB/T9174. 148
