1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
GB16151.9—1996
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the whole machine, working parts, frame and running gear, transmission device, lifting and lowering mechanism and other related safety of the drill seeding machine mainly used for grain sowing. This standard is applicable to the technical inspection of the operation safety of grain drill seeding machines. Other types of seeding machines can be inspected with reference to the relevant provisions of this standard. 2 General Principles
2.1 The signs, numbers and marks are complete and the handwriting is clear. 2.2 The whole machine is complete, well fastened, without wrong installation, cracks, serious deformation and rust. 2.3 The lifting and lowering are labor-saving, easy to operate and well lubricated. 2.4 The sowing row spacing is adjustable, and the distance between the two adjacent rows of furrow openers meets the requirements, and the tolerance is not more than ±5mm. 2.5 Ground clearance in transport position: when the power of the matching tractor is greater than 15kW, the traction type shall not be less than 150mm, and the suspension type shall not be less than 300mm; when the power of the matching tractor is equal to or less than 15kW, the traction type shall not be less than 110mm, the suspension type shall not be less than 200mm, and the traction type of the hand-held tractor shall not be less than 90mm.
2.6 After lifting, check the lateral swing of the furrow opener at the connection between the furrow opener and the lifting rod: the front row shall not be greater than 8mm, and the rear row shall not be greater than 15mm.
2.7 When the ground wheel is 50-60mm off the ground, the seed and fertilizer delivery pipes of the furrow opener are not blocked or dislodged during the lifting and lowering process. 2.8 Exposed rotating parts that are harmful to operators should be equipped with protective covers. The protective covers should be able to be quickly removed or opened for parts that need to be observed frequently. The paint color of the outer surface of the cover should be different from the paint color of the whole machine. 3 Working parts
3.1 The length and depth of the broken teeth of the seeding wheel shall not affect the uniformity of seeding, and the wear shall not exceed 3mm. The gap between the seeding wheel and the end face of the blocking sleeve shall not exceed 0.5mm. bzxz.net
3.2 Regardless of the position of the sowing amount adjustment handle, the working length of each seeding wheel adjusted shall be consistent, and the allowable error shall not exceed 1mm. 3.3 The seeding tongue should be adjusted without obstruction, the opening position should be consistent, and it should be close to the convex ridge on the blocking sleeve when adjusted to the minimum opening. 3.4 When no seeds are loaded, the torque for rotating the same seeding shaft shall not exceed 10N·m. 3.5 When no fertilizer is loaded, the torque for rotating the same fertilizer discharger shaft shall not exceed 20N·m. 3.6 The working length of the seeding wheel should be adjusted within the range of *0” to the maximum. The operating force of the sowing amount adjustment handle when unloaded shall not exceed 100N. 3.7 The fertilizer star wheel shall not be broken or damaged, and the large and small bevel gears shall rotate flexibly. 3.8 The grinding pattern of the grinding disc seeding device shall be intact, the seeding gap shall be adjusted consistently, and the large and small bevel gears shall rotate flexibly. 3.9 The surface of the furrow opener disc is smooth and flat, and the width of the disc blade bevel is 6 to 8mm. The thickness of the blade is not more than 0.5mm. 3.10 The disc blade shall not be damaged in more than three places, each with a depth of no more than 2mm and a length of no more than 15mm, and the distance between the two places shall be greater than 10 0mm. 3.11 The gap at the intersection of the two discs of the furrow opener shall not exceed 2mm, and the gap shall not exceed 3mm; when the widest part of the two discs is pinched by hand, the gap at the intersection shall not exceed 4mm.
3.12 The two discs of the furrow opener should rotate flexibly. 3.13 For the sliding knife type furrow opener, the thickness of the sliding knife blade shall not exceed 1mm, and the depth limit plate shall be reliable. 3.14 The working surface of the shovel tip of the hoe type furrow opener shall be flat and smooth, the soil entry angles of each furrow opener shall be adjusted consistently, and the shovel tip shall be tightly fixed on the furrow opener body.
3.15 The bending amount of the pull rod of the furrow opener shall not exceed 10mm, and the tightness of the riveting joint with the pull rod joint shall ensure that the furrow opener can be raised and lowered freely during the lifting and lowering process.
3.16 The scraper plate or seed guide plate should be installed correctly, and there should be a gap of 1~2mm between it and the disc. Gap. 4 Frame and traveling device
4.1 The bending deformation of the frame, furrow opener beam and traction beam shall not exceed 10mm. 4.2 The left and right side beams of the frame are parallel to each other, and the parallelism shall not exceed 5mm. The difference in the diagonal length of the beam shall not exceed 10mm. 4.3 The traveling wheel can rotate flexibly, and there is no obvious deformation of the rim and spokes. The spokes should be firmly fixed on the hub and rim. 4.4 The traveling wheel has no obvious gap in the radial and axial directions, and does not rub against the scraper plate. 4.5 The gripping plate is evenly distributed on the rim and there is no shortage. 5 Transmission device
5.1 When the furrow opener is raised to the transport position, the transmission device can cut off the power of the seeding wheel shaft; when the furrow opener is lowered to the working position, it can automatically engage and operate.
5.2 The driving and passive gears or sprockets of the transmission part, turn Flexible movement without stagnation. The chain does not decouple or jump during operation. 5.3 The hook groove of the hook-shaped chain link faces outward, the hook faces the direction of movement, and the chain is moderately tight. 6 Lifting and lowering mechanism
6.1 The lifting and lowering mechanism parts are complete and correctly installed, and the operating force of the automatic lifter is not more than 150N. 6.2 The roller on the lifting and lowering joint rod rotates flexibly without stagnation or deflection, and there is no obvious radial wear of the roller. 7 Others
7.1 The surface of the seed and fertilizer box (barrel) is clean and smooth, and the local gap is not more than 1mm. The cover plate, partition plate, fertilizer agitator, etc. are not defective, the box cover is easy to open and close, and there is a reliable locking device. 7.2 The spiral roll-type seed and fertilizer delivery pipe is not damaged or deformed. It is stretched by 30% of the free length for 3 consecutive times, and the permanent deformation is not more than 1% of the free length. The inner surface of the rubber seed and fertilizer delivery pipe is not delaminated or swollen, and no seams are allowed on the pipe wall. 7.3 The covering ring is complete. The cover plate is installed correctly and the depth is adjustable. 7.4 The track marker is fixed and reliable, the disc rotates flexibly, and the deflection angle is appropriate. 7.5 The footboard is firmly installed. The seat, handrails, etc. are welded and firmly fixed. 7.6 The unit for night sowing should be equipped with a lighting device to clearly see the working conditions of the seed meter and furrow opener. 7.7 The traction seeder should be equipped with a signal device to communicate with the tractor driver. 26
