This test can detect the ability of antibodies in serum to detect TMEV (GD strain) infection in mouse serum. After the disease occurs, take the sugar, grind it, and make it into 10% solution. Centrifuge at 3000r/min for 10min, take the supernatant and inoculate BHK21 cells, adsorb for 1.5~2h, add maintenance medium and culture for about 4~5d. When the cell lesion reaches +10~+ ++, and then harvested, thawed three times or ultrasonically treated, and then centrifuged at low speed to remove cell debris.
