6.1 The inspection method of mechanical properties of die castings shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.2 of JB3070. 6.2 The inspection of mechanical properties of die castings shall be inspected only by sampling, not by furnace or batch. The single cast specimens of the same furnace as the castings shall be used for sampling, and the inspection method and results shall comply with the provisions of JB3070. 6.3 When quality analysis of die castings is necessary, body sampling shall be taken. The sampling location is not specified and shall be determined by the inspection department. Its shape and size shall comply with the provisions of JB3072. The tensile strength () of the body sampling shall not be less than 75% of the single cast specimen, and the elongation (8) shall not be less than 50% of the single cast specimen. There are three test specimens in each group; if two of the three tested specimens fail to meet the mechanical properties, the inspection batch is unqualified. However, it is allowed to use doubled test specimens for a second inspection. If two of the second inspection specimens fail but the total average value is qualified, the inspection batch is considered qualified. If there are more than two unqualified test specimens, the inspection batch is considered unqualified. 7 Casting inclination of die castings
7.1 The casting inclination of die castings refers to the single-sided inclination of the wall, and this is also true for circular surfaces. 7.2 The casting inclination of die castings is not included in the tolerance range. The length shall not exceed 5% of the length. The entire casting is allowed to have a defect. The corresponding parts of the casting are not allowed to exist at the same time. Two types of bubbles are allowed to exist at the same time, but the air pores are not allowed to exist at the same time. tt||No more than 3, total number

Note: ①It is not allowed that pores and holes exist at the same corresponding position of the same part. ②The depth of the hole shall not exceed 1/5 of the wall thickness of the part where it is located. ③ Every 10cm? refers to the area of the circle or square that can accommodate the largest number of defects. ① Two defects are allowed to exist on the same machined surface, but the margin should be ≥2mm. ③ After the holes on the casting are machined, the distance between the holes on the surface and the end face is ≥2mm.
