The test method of this standard adopts the general method national standard, among which GB/T7534 "Determination of boiling range of volatile organic liquids for industrial use" is equivalent to ISO9181983 standard. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Beijing Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, marking, labeling, packaging, etc. of industrial 1,4-Oxazacyclohexane (commonly known as morpholine).

3 Requirements
Determination of boiling range of volatile organic liquids for industrial use (eqvISO918:1983) 3.1 Appearance: transparent colorless or light yellow liquid without mechanical impurities. 3.2 The quality of industrial 1,4-oxazacyclohexane shall meet the requirements of Table 1. 4.3 Slowly put the sampling tube with two ends open and compatible with the viscosity of industrial 1,4-oxazacyclohexane into the liquid, so that the liquid inside and outside the tube is kept at the same level. When it reaches the bottom, close the upper end, take out the sampling tube, and put the sample into the sample bottle. The total sample volume of the sample shall not be less than 1000mL. After the sample is fully mixed, it shall be divided into two clean and dry glass bottles with ground stoppers, labeled, and marked with the manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date and sampler name. One bottle is used for inspection and analysis, and one bottle is kept for two months for inspection.
4.4 If one of the indicators in the inspection results does not meet the requirements of Table 1, re-sampling should be carried out from twice the amount of packaging units for re-inspection. Even if only one item of the re-inspection results does not meet the requirements of Table 1, the entire batch of products will be unqualified. 5 Test methods
5.1 Common matters
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents and water used in this standard shall be analytically pure reagents and distilled water or water of equivalent purity. The standard solutions, preparations and products used in this standard shall be prepared in accordance with GB/T601 and GB/T603 unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Determination and expression of test results
5.2.1 The determination of test results shall be in accordance with the rounded value comparison method of GB/T1250. 5.2.2 The final expression of the analysis results shall be consistent with the number of digits required for the value. 5.3 Determination of content
5.3.1 Principle of the method
Industrial 1,4-oxazacyclohexane contains a secondary amine group and is weakly alkaline. It can be neutralized with hydrochloric acid to form industrial 1,4-oxazacyclohexane hydrochloride. The content of 1,4-oxazacyclohexane is calculated based on the amount of standard solution consumed during neutralization. The reaction formula is as follows: CH2CH2

Weigh about 1g of sample (accurate to 0.0002g), add it into a 250mL conical flask filled with 50mL of water without carbon dioxide, add 1-2 drops of methyl orange indicator solution, and titrate with 0.5mol/mol hydrochloric acid standard titration solution until it turns orange-red. The end point is that the color does not fade for 30s. At the same time, do a blank test.
5.3.4 Calculation of analysis results:

Take the arithmetic mean of the results of two parallel determinations as the determination result, and the difference between the two parallel determination results shall not be greater than 0.2%. 5.4 Determination of boiling range
Accurately read the temperature when the distillate volume is 5mL and 95mL. The corrected temperature value should be within the specified range to be qualified. The following operations are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T7534. The indication range of the main thermometer is 100~150℃, and the specifications of the condenser meet the requirements of 3.4.1 of GB/T7534. The K value of industrial 1,4-oxazacyclohexane at a pressure of 741~800mmHg is 3.38×10-℃/Pa. 5.5 Density determination
According to the provisions of 2.3.3 density meter method in GB/T4472, the indication range of the density meter is 0.960~1.050g/cm3. The arithmetic mean of the results of two parallel determinations is taken as the determination result, and the difference between the results of two parallel determinations shall not be greater than 0.0005g/cm3. 5.6 Color determination

6 Marking, labeling, packaging
6.1 The packaging barrels of industrial 1,4-oxazacyclohexane should be painted with a firm mark. The basic contents of the mark: product name, standard number, trademark, manufacturer name and address, production date or production batch number (can be replaced by certificate or other methods), quality grade, net weight, etc. 6.2 The packaging barrel should be marked with "flammable liquid" according to GB190. 6.3 Industrial 1,4-oxygen nitrogen heterocyclohexane is packaged in steel traps that meet GB325, with a net weight of 200±0.5kg per barrel, and the average net weight of the batch product is not less than 200kg.
6.4 Industrial 1,4-oxygen nitrogen heterocyclohexane should be handled with care during transportation to avoid impact and violent vibration. 6.5 Industrial 1,4-oxygen nitrogen heterocyclohexane should be stored in a dry, clean, ventilated warehouse and should not be stored in the open air. 3
