The Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China approved the standard on 1993-06-14. Photographic technology network wmbmn.com Various standards and industry materials are free to download and implemented on 1994-01-01
5.2.1 Working pressure
HG/T2441--93
The working pressure of the pressure vessel is 2.1±0.1MPa, 5.2.2 Working temperature
The working temperature of the pressure vessel is 70℃±1, 5.2.3 Pressure resistance
The pressure vessel can withstand a pressure of 4.4MPa, and there shall be no leakage in the connecting parts. After the test, the main pressure-bearing parts shall not have cracks and defects that affect the strength.
5.2.4 Air tightness
Pressure vessels should maintain pressure for 20 minutes under the design pressure, and there should be no leakage at any connection. 5.2.5 Safety device
A safety valve should be used, and the opening pressure should not exceed 5% of the valve's rated pressure. 5.2.6 Requirements for main pressure-bearing parts
Main pressure-bearing parts should comply with the requirements of 5.10 and 5.11 of ZBN61006. 5.3 Overall performance
5.3.1 Within 2 hours after startup, the pressure vessel should be stable within the operating temperature range. 5.3.2 Under working conditions, the continuous normal working time of the whole machine shall not be less than 70h. 5.4 Appearance and electrical performance
The appearance quality and electrical performance of the oxygen pressure box shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. 5.5 Transport bump resistance
The transport bump resistance of the oxygen pressure box shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. 6 Test method
6.1 Test conditions
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.1.
6.2 Test equipment
. Glass thermometer or other temperature measuring device, with an accuracy better than 0.5℃. 6. Pressure gauge, with an accuracy not less than Class 1.5; c. Pressure pump and reliable pressure stabilizing device
6.3 Test medium
, oxygen;
b. Nitrogen;
c. Distilled water.
6.4 Testing of working pressure and working temperature
Cover the thermometer or temperature measuring element in the middle of the container, adjust the constant temperature control system to make the temperature of the pressure container 70±1°C, fill it with 0.5MPa oxygen after the temperature is constant, loosen the conduit joint, discharge the gas, repeat the oxygen replacement 3 to 5 times, then fill it with oxygen, and use the pressure stabilizing device to control the pressure to reach the working pressure, and adjust the temperature at the same time. When the temperature and pressure are stable for 2h, observe continuously for 4h, and it should meet the requirements of 5.2.1 and 5.2.2.
6.5 Pressure test
Use a pressure pump to fill the pressure container with distilled water. When the temperature in the container is the same as the liquid temperature, slowly increase the pressure. After reaching 44MPa, keep it for 30min, and check it. The result should meet the requirements of Article 5.2.3. 6.6 Air tightness test
Standard photography technology network ma.bmm.com Free download of American standard industry materials HG/T2441-93
Connect the needle valve and the nitrogen bottle with a catheter, first fill with 0.5MPa nitrogen, then loosen the catheter joint to discharge the gas, repeat the nitrogen replacement 3 to 5 times, then fill to 3.5MPa, close the needle valve, remove the catheter, and maintain the pressure for 20 minutes. The inspection result should meet the requirements of Article 5.2.4.
6.7 Inspection of safety devices
The safety valve should have a certificate of quality. If a spring-loaded safety valve is used, its opening pressure shall be in accordance with the relevant requirements of JB452, and the result shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.5.
6.8 Inspection of main pressure-bearing parts
The main pressure-bearing parts shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of ZBN61006 and shall have a certificate of quality. 6.9 Machine operation test
Adjust the constant temperature control system so that the temperature of the pressure vessel reaches 70±1°C. After the temperature stabilizes, start pressurizing, connect the needle valve to the oxygen conduit, first fill with 0.5MPa oxygen, then loosen the conduit joint to discharge the gas, repeat 3 to 5 times of oxygen replacement, fill to 2.1MPa, close the needle valve, run for 70 hours, the result should meet the requirements of Article 5.3, 6.10 The appearance quality of the oxygen pressure box, the inspection of electrical performance, and the transportation performance test should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382.
7 Inspection and testing
Each oxygen pressure box must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped with a product certificate. 7.1 The inspection of the oxygen pressure box is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. The factory inspection is carried out one by one according to the requirements of Articles 5.2 to 5.4.
