4.9 The inlet and outlet of the system should be of the standard type, connected with the flange by screws, otherwise the outlet and inlet of the pump (or the outlet of the pump, the distributor) should be processed into a tight surface according to the requirements of the flange tight surface. 4.25 Under the condition that the user complies with the provisions of the manual and uses the product correctly, the manufacturer shall guarantee the pump for 3 months from the date of delivery (not including damaged parts). 5.1 The test operation can only be carried out after the main parts quality, manufacturing precision, assembly precision and hydraulic pressure test are qualified. 5.2 The test method shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB7784. 5.3 If the user requires to record the test status, or ask the manufacturer to provide the test instructions, the test sheet shall be checked according to 4.2. 6 Inspection rules
Each pump shall be inspected by the technical inspection department. The product can only leave the factory with a certificate of conformity. 6.2 The test items specified in Table 4 shall be used for the following tests. Test items: Load test, continuous rotation test, performance test, adjustment test, steam performance test, temporary unit performance test, safety test, flow test, pressure test, single unit test, self-test, general test, and the third test shall be carried out, and the test shall be carried out only if the limit control is required.
