3 Technical requirements
Counting sampling procedures and sampling tables for batch inspection (applicable to inspection of continuous batches) Diesel engine diesel filter test methods
Diesel engine paper filter element Technical conditions for diesel filter assembly
3.1 Spin-on filters should be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and their technical requirements should comply with the provisions of this standard. 3.2 The sealing ring made of elastic material for spin-on filters should be oil-resistant. 3.3 Metal parts such as the spin-on filter housing, threaded cover plate, sealing ring fixing plate, spring, etc. should be treated with anti-rust, and the surface plating and coating should be free of rust and peeling. 3.4 The spin filter shall be subjected to a sealing test under an air pressure of 0.40 MPa for a period of not less than 1 minute. No leakage is allowed at any sealing part or sealing part.
The original resistance △p of the spin filter shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1
Rated volume flow
The rated volume flow is calculated according to formula (1):
Rated volume flow, L/min;
Where: 0
A——0.00027, L/(mincm2);
F——Effective filtration area of the filter element, cm.
Original resistance △p
3.6 The original filtration efficiency of the spin filter shall not be less than 90%; the spin filter of the precision filter element shall not be less than 96%. 3.7 The bench clogging life of the spin filter shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 1, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992
Original filtration efficiency
JB/T5241-1991
Note: The plugging life test shall use the spin-on filter that has passed the original filtration efficiency test. The inside of the spin-on filter shall be clean, and its cleanliness limit W shall be as specified in Table 3. Table 3
Rated volume flow
The precision grade of the connection thread between the spin-on filter and the host is 6H. 3.10
The outer surface of the spin-on filter shall not have obvious scratches, burrs and other defects. Plug
Cleanliness limit
The test methods for the relevant items in this chapter shall be in accordance with GB10825, and the inorganic impurity concentration coefficient K in the original filtration efficiency test method is 6. For the plugging life test method, see Appendix A (Supplement) of JB5239. 3.12
Inspection rules
4.1 Each spin-on filter product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and a product certificate shall be issued after passing the inspection. 4.2 When the ordering unit conducts random inspections on product quality, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The sampling plan and the AQL value of the qualified quality level shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
Each spin-on filter shall be marked with the manufacturer's name or factory logo, product name and model. 5.1
5.2 Each spin-on filter shall be individually packed in a paper box, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate and instructions for use and maintenance signed by the inspector. 5.3 When the spin-on filter leaves the factory, it shall be packed in a dry packaging box lined with moisture-proof material, and it shall be ensured that it will not be damaged during normal transportation. The outer surface of the packing box should be marked with:
a. Manufacturer name and address;
b. Product name and model;
c. Date of manufacture:
d. Volume: length × width × height, mm;
e. Weight: kg:
f. Quantity;
g. Receiving unit and address;
h. "Moisture-proof", "Handle with care".
5.5 The spin-on filter should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the spin-on filter will not rust within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory.
