GB/T19622—2004
The series of standards on labor force quota for second stage of urban rail transit consists of "Labor force quota for urban rail transit light rail engineering", "Labor force quota for urban rail transit subway engineering", "Labor force quota for urban rail transit communication and signal engineering", "Labor force quota for urban rail transit traction power supply engineering", "Labor force quota for rail transit engineering machinery repair", and "Labor force quota for rail transit engineering industrial manufacturing". GB/T10622~2004 "Labor Quota of Urban Rail Transit and Subway Projects" is one of the standards for labor quota quota of urban rail transit projects.
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix. This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Labor Quota and Staffing Standardization. This standard was issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the People's Republic of China. The main drafting unit of this standard is China Railway Engineering Corporation. The main drafters of this standard are: Pang Dejing, Liu Dong, Chen Xiaodong, Li Zhiyuan, Liu Chunmao, Wang Yunlong. The main editors of this standard are Li Changjin, Ma Li, Wu Zelin, Wang Shucheng, Xia Heping, Fan Huazhen, Li Hui, Yang Senquan, Huang Manhai, Ban Qiwei.
This standard is interpreted by the Technical Committee for Labor Quota and Staffing Standardization of China Railway Engineering. GB/T19622—2004
This standard is formulated to provide a basis for guiding and regulating the construction and production of urban rail transit projects, strengthening labor management and the coordinated deployment of labor by enterprises, and formulating work plans; at the same time, it provides standards for the economic quotas such as the budget quota and machinery unit quota of urban rail transit projects, as well as the financial labor cost management.
This standard, in accordance with the principle of "advanced, reasonable, scientific and standardized" and the construction process of urban rail transit subway projects, briefly describes the work content and operation mode of each process (post); it specifies the labor quota, machinery (equipment) conditions, skill requirements of employees and adjustment coefficients of each process (post).
1 Scope
Labor quota of urban rail transit subway projects GB/T 19622—2004
