This standard applies to the packaging, marking, transportation and storage of titanium and titanium alloy plates, pipes, bars, strips, wires, cakes, rings and other processed products.
This standard also applies to the packaging, marking, transportation and storage of titanium castings. 1 Packaging
1.1 General rules for packaging
1.1.1 The packaging of products should ensure that the products will not become loose, lost, damp or deformed during transportation and storage. 1.1.2 The packaging of various products shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding technical standards. When there is no clear provision in the corresponding standards, it may be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this standard.
1.1.3 Products in the same box, bundle or package shall be products of the same batch. In special cases, when batches of products are packed in the same box, they shall be bundled and packed separately and clearly marked.
1.1.4 The weight and size of each product shall comply with the freight regulations of the relevant carrier department. For products shipped by railway express, the gross weight of the package (box or bundle) shall not exceed 60kg and the length shall not exceed 2m. For products shipped by rail slow cargo, the volume of a single package shall not be less than 0.(1㎡ (except for single-piece weight greater than 10kg), and the maximum volume shall not exceed 3m (or the length shall not exceed 9m). When loading and unloading manually, the package weight shall not exceed 80kg, and when loading and unloading mechanically, the package weight shall not exceed 2t. Products shipped by LTL that exceed the above weight or size requirements shall be shipped by LTL with the consent of the carrier station.
1.1.5 When packaging in boxes, the box walls shall be lined with polyethylene plastic film or neutral moisture-proof paper. When packing products, the pieces in the box shall be filled and fixed with paper scraps or foam plastics to prevent movement and collision. After the products are packed, the packaging materials on the four sides shall be folded and covered with [~2 layers of moisture-proof paper before covering and sealing the box.1.1.6 Use When various materials are bundled for shipment, they should be tied firmly. If possible, the bundle shape should be a "△" structure with the day end flush. 1.1.7 The plastic film specified in this standard should meet the requirements of GB445684 "Polyethylene Blown Film for Packaging"; the soft pot belt (iron) should meet the requirements of GB4173-84 "Steel Belt for Packaging". 1.2 Packaging method
The following packaging methods can be used for titanium and titanium alloy processing products: wooden (metal) boxes, plywood (iron sheet) clamping, linen wrapping, etc. 1.3 Packaging box
1.3.1 The packaging box can be made of wood, metal or other materials. The box body should have sufficient strength to ensure the safe transportation of the product to the destination.
The size specifications of the packaging box should meet the product size Requirements, so that the products loaded will not be greatly moved or squeezed, and the box body should be regular and not skewed.
1.3.3 The distance between the reinforcing belts of the long packaging box should meet the requirements of the firmness of the packaging box, and the size of the bottom belt should meet the requirements of crane and forklift handling.

1.3.4 The product loading volume and box wall thickness of the wooden packaging box shall comply with the provisions of the following table, Packing, kg
Box bee thickness, mm
20~-50
50~200
201~~5000|| tt||1.3.5 When the packaging boxes are connected, the nails should be arranged in a step-by-step manner, the nail caps should be pressed against each other, the nails should be turned upside down, and there should be no exposed nails. The outside of the box should be reinforced with soft steel belts or double metal wires.
1.3.6 The structure and shape of the metal packaging box should be convenient for transportation, and at the same time, it should have sufficient strength, safety and reliability. 1.4 Bar Packaging
When titanium bars with a diameter greater than 50mm are supplied in bundles, every two bars are tied tightly with soft metal wires, and the outer layer is covered with plastic film and then wrapped tightly with linen. Then the soft metal wires are tied at least three times at both ends and in the middle. For titanium bars with a diameter of 20 to 50mm, every few bars are tied tightly with soft metal wires, and then packaged and bundled according to the above requirements. When the bars are supplied individually, after packaging according to the above requirements, only two bundles can be tied at both ends. The rods with turned and polished surfaces should be separated by linen tape (strips) one by one, and then packaged and tied according to the above requirements. Titanium rods with a diameter less than 20mm should be wrapped with plastic film on the outside (the rods with turned and polished surfaces should be wrapped with soft paper one by one and then packaged) and then packed in wooden (metal) boxes. 1.5 Packaging of wires
: 1.5.1 For wires wound into coils, each coil should be wrapped with two layers of soft paper strips, tied with ropes or soft metal wires, and then packed in wooden (metal) boxes. 1.5.2 For wires wound on coils, each coil should be wrapped with several layers of soft paper strips, tied with ropes, and then sealed in plastic bags or paper boxes, and then packed in wooden boxes (or cartons). When packed in cartons, the net weight of each box of products shall not exceed 25kg. 1.6 Packaging of pipes
1.6.1 Titanium pipes for heat exchangers and condensers should be packed in special wooden (metal) boxes. When packing pipes, each layer of pipes should be separated by soft materials to prevent surface scratches. 1.6.2- For general-purpose titanium pipes, the outer layer is wrapped with plastic film and then packed in wooden (metal) boxes. 1.7 Packaging of plates, strips, and foils
1.7.1 Titanium plates with a thickness greater than 4mm are lined with moisture-proof paper, wrapped with plastic film, and then packed with linen (wooden plywood can be added for protection), and then tied with soft steel strips or soft metal wires. When packing titanium plates with a thickness of no more than 4mm, each plate is separated by neutral moisture-proof paper, the outer layer is wrapped with plastic film, and then packed in wooden (metal) boxes, or iron sheets and well-shaped racks. When two titanium plates are placed in the same layer, the edges of the plates shall not overlap.
1.7.2 Rolled strips and foils are wrapped with soft paper, tied with ropes, and then wrapped with plastic film and packed in wooden (metal) boxes. If it cannot be rolled, each sheet shall be wrapped with two layers of soft paper, and every 3 to 5 sheets shall be tied together with a string, sealed with plastic film, and then packed in a wooden (metal) box. 1.8 Packaging of other productswww.bzxz.net
1.8.1 After the cake and ring products are wrapped with moisture-proof paper, they can be sealed with linen and tied with soft metal wire, or packed in a wooden (metal) box. 1.8.2 Titanium castings shall be wrapped with moisture-proof paper and then packed in a wooden (metal) box, or sealed with linen and tied with soft metal wire. 2 Marks
