0.1 Overview
Introduction
Patent navigation is based on the needs of industrial development and technological innovation in my country's deepening of innovation-driven development and the full use of patent information. A series of new concepts, new mechanisms, new methods and new models summarized in terms of resources. Promoting the construction of a patent navigation decision-making mechanism that integrates patent data with various data resources will help improve intellectual property governance capabilities, accelerate the market-oriented allocation of technology, talent, data and other elements, and better serve the innovation decision-making and market of governments at all levels. We will focus on innovation activities, accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system, and support high-quality development. Formulating and implementing patent navigation guidelines is of great significance for standardizing and guiding patent navigation services, cultivating and expanding in-depth patent navigation application scenarios, and promoting and strengthening the implementation of patent navigation results.
GB/T39551 is used to organize and implement patent navigation projects. According to the normative guidance of this document, various application entities such as the organization, implementation and service of patent navigation can choose the applicable special patent navigation guide according to actual needs and carry out patent navigation in accordance with service requirements. In the process of implementing patent navigation, various application entities can refer to the normative guidance of GB/T39551, follow business processes such as information collection, data processing, and patent navigation analysis, output patent navigation results, and ensure the effective use of the results. 0.2
