ICS 47.020.50 Record number: 9827-2002 Ship Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China CB/T 801-2001 Cargo Hold Inclined Ladder Inclined Ladder In Hold Published on 2001-11-15 Published by the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense Implemented on 2002-02-01 CB/T801-2001 This standard is a revision of CB*801-85 "Cargo Hold Inclined Ladder". This standard abandons the original cumbersome structural type, improves the A-type cargo hold inclined ladder, and adds the B-type spiral cargo hold inclined ladder. The B-type inclined ladder occupies a small area and is particularly suitable for installation in the corrugated bulkhead and narrow space. This standard meets the requirements for escalators in Appendix 17 of Part 32 of the Australian Maritime Directive "Cargo Transfer Equipment". This standard replaces CB*801-85 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by China State Shipbuilding Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. Drafting unit of this standard: Hudong Shipyard Main drafters of this standard: Hao Yuejuan, Zhou Guoqiang This standard was first issued in December 1975 and revised for the first time in October 1985. 1 Scope CB/T801-2001 Cargo hold inclined ladder This standard specifies the classification, requirements, inspection rules and markings of cargo hold inclined ladders (hereinafter referred to as "inclined ladders"). This standard applies to inclined ladders used for people to go up and down in cargo holds. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. The allowable deviation of the step spacing of 250mm is ±2mm, and the cumulative deviation of the layer height shall not exceed ±5mm. The top of the square steel of the step must be on the same plane and remain horizontal. 4.3 The surface of the handrail of the inclined ladder shall be smooth and free of burrs. The handrails on each side shall be in a vertical plane. 4.5 After the inclined ladder and its parts are assembled, there shall be no defects such as skewness and distortion. The weld shall be firm and no defects such as cracks and slag inclusions are allowed. 4.6 The surface of the inclined ladder shall be treated to meet the requirements of Sa2 or St2~3 specified in GB/T8923, and shall be coated with anti-rust primer. 5 Test method 5.1 Appearance Observe the appearance of the inclined ladder by visual inspection. The results shall meet the requirements of 4.34.6. 5.2 Dimensions Use universal measuring tools to measure the main dimensions of the inclined ladder. The results should meet the requirements of 4.2. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection classification The inspection of the inclined ladder is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Inspection timing Type inspection should be carried out when the inclined ladder has one of the following conditions:8 a) When the first product or the product is transferred to the factory for production: CB/T801-2001 b) When the structure, material or process of the formally produced product has a major change; c) When the quality supervision agency proposes type inspection. Inspection items Type inspection items are in accordance with Table 5. Inspection items Inspection items Number of inspection samples Chapter number of requirements Chapter number of test methods Type inspection Select one ordinary inclined ladder and one spiral inclined ladder from the first product or mass-produced products for type inspection. 6.2.4 Judgment rules Factory inspection If all inspections of the inclined ladder meet the requirements, it can be considered to have passed the type inspection. If there are items that do not meet the requirements, re-inspection is allowed after correction, and the type inspection is still considered to have passed the re-inspection. Re-inspection is allowed only once. 6.3 Factory inspection 6.3.1 Factory inspection items are in accordance with Table 5. 6.3.2 Each inclined ladder should be inspected for delivery. 6.3.3 If all inspections of the inclined ladder meet the requirements, it can be considered to have passed the factory inspection. If there are items that do not meet the requirements, they are allowed to be re-inspected after correction. If they are qualified in the re-inspection, they can still be considered qualified for the factory inspection. If there are still items that do not meet the requirements after the re-inspection, the inclined ladder is judged to be unqualified. 6.3.4 After the inclined ladder passes the inspection, the inspection department should issue a certificate of conformity. 1 The following product marks should be marked in the obvious parts of the product: a) Manufacturer name or trademark; Product model and standard number: Year and month of production; Inspection pass seal.
