This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in G,T1, 1-209. This standard uses the new drafting method and is revised based on the Guidelines of the International Union of New Varieties of Plants (UP(V))\TG/87/2: Guidelineior the conduct of tests For dustinetnuss. hemogencity and stabiliryNarcissi\. This standard corresponds to the 1P0)V Guideline TG/87/?. This standard is not equivalent to 1/87/2. There are technical differences between this standard and 1/87/2. Guidelines for specificity, consistency and stability testing of new plant varieties Narcissus
This standard specifies the technical requirements for specificity, consistency and stability testing of new varieties of "Narcissus (Amaryllidaceae)" and the general principles for judging the results.

(X): The explanation in section 13.3 is detailed in the explanation: The underlined part in this document indicates the appropriate range of the test trait. 5 Requirements for propagation materials 5.1 Propagation materials shall be provided in the form of bulbs. 5.2 The amount of water for the submitted propagation materials shall be no less than 3 bulbs of normal flowering. 5.3 The bulbs shall be healthy in appearance, vigorous and free from insect damage. 5.4 The submitted bulbs shall generally not be subjected to any treatment that affects the expression of the variety's traits. If they have been treated, detailed descriptions of the treatment shall be provided. 5.5 The composition of the submitted bulbs shall comply with the relevant provisions of the plant inspection regulations. 6 Test methods 6.1 Test cycle The test cycle shall be at least one independent growth cycle. 6.2 Test location The test is usually carried out at a location. If some traits cannot be fully expressed at the location, they can be observed at other qualified locations.
6.3 Field experiment
6.3.1 Experimental design
In the open field, Chinese and similar varieties were cultivated in adjacent boxes, with at least 15 plants in each plot. Plant type: 35cm-11cm. Row spacing: 25cm. A total of 2 plots were set.
6.3.2 Field management
Follow the local routine production management methods
6.4 Trait observation
6.4.1 Observation period
Trait observation should be carried out according to the growth stages listed in Table A.1 and Table A.2: The description of growth stages is shown in Table 1.1.6.4.2 Observation method
Trait observation should be carried out according to the observation methods specified in Table A.1 and Table A.2 (VG, V, MG, MS). The observation methods of some traits are shown in 2 and 13.3
6.4.3 Number of observations
If otherwise specified: For individual observed traits (VS, M), the number of samples to be taken in each plot shall be no less than 10. When measuring the plant sequence or part, the number of samples to be taken for each plant shall be 1. The whole plot or the whole population should be observed for the traits observed in the population (V, ) 6.5 Additional tests
If necessary. It can be said that the traits in Table A.? A or the traits not listed in the document should be tested separately. 7 Determination of specificity, consistency and stability of results 7.1 General principles
The determination of specificity, specificity and clarity shall be carried out in accordance with the principles specified in (B/T19557.1): 7.2 Determination of specificity
The Chinese variety should be clearly distinguished from all known varieties. When it is found in the test that it has a clear and discernible difference with similar varieties in at least one trait, it is considered to be a Chinese variety and has specificity. 7.3 Determination of consistency

Using a 1% population standard and a 95% acceptance probability, when the sample size is 5 strains, a maximum of 10 heteromorphic strains can be allowed. 7.4 Determination of stability
If the equipment of each variety is consistent, the variety can be considered stable during winter. Generally, no stability test is performed. If necessary, the following treatment can be performed:
The next batch of propagation materials provided for the variety has no significant change in the expression of chemical traits compared with the previously provided propagation materials, then the variety can be determined to be stable.
8 Trait expression| |tt||According to the test needs, the traits are divided into basic traits and selected traits. Basic traits are the traits that must be tested or used. The basic traits of Narcissus are shown in Table A.1. Selected traits of Narcissus. Table 4.2 8.1 Overview
The trait table lists the trait name, expression type, expression status and corresponding code and standard variety, observation period and method, etc. 8.2 Expression type
According to the expression method of traits, the traits are divided into three types: quality traits, non-quality traits and quantitative traits. 8.3 Expression status and corresponding code ||t 8.3.1 Each state is divided into a series of expression states. In order to define the characteristics and standardize the summary; each state is assigned a corresponding digital code to facilitate data recording, processing and the establishment and communication of product descriptions. 8.3.2 For quality and false quality characteristics, all expression states should be listed in the test instructions: For quantitative characteristics, in order to shorten the length of the characteristic list, the expression state with an even number code is listed last. The expression state with an even number code is described in the form of the previous expression state to the next expression state.
8.4 Standard varieties
The character table lists the standard varieties corresponding to the expression status of some traits. The different expression status of related traits is confirmed by the genus rutin and the differences caused by the year and location are corrected.
