5Test Method
HG 2011—91
No glue is allowed to be missing on the bag body; glue missing at the head and tail of the bag body is not greater than qualified products
No glue missing at the head and tail is not greater than 4mm2, and two places are allowed; 2.5mm2 is allowed in one place; Deep pattern water bag pattern Deep pattern water pattern is allowed to have glue missing, and its depth does not exceed 1/2 of the total thickness of the place, and the total cumulative length does not exceed 1/3, and the total cumulative length does not exceed 10mm
No impurities are allowed on the bag body, and no more than two impurities with a diameter of less than 1mm are allowed at the head and tail
No bubbles are allowed on the bag body, and the diameter of bubbles at the head and tail is less than 1mm If the bag is not broken within 25mm, two spots are allowed. The bag body is not allowed to have scratches caused by hard objects. The bag body color is uniform
Not allowed
If the bag body model pattern is unclear, it is not allowed. The bag body surface is basically clean, but insignificant stains are allowed
5.1 The surface quality of the hot water bag is inspected by visual inspection and measuring tools. 25mm
The diameter of the bag body is less than 0.5mm, and it meets the thickness requirements after removal. Two spots are allowed
Bubble in the bag body is not allowed, and the diameter of the bubble at the head and tail is within 1.5mm. Three spots are allowed
Severe injuries caused by hard objects are not allowed. Insignificant color difference is allowed
Minor ones are allowed
Light stains are allowed
The total stains on each side shall not exceed 250mm2
5.2 The thickness of the hot water bag is measured by a thickness gauge, caliper and other measuring tools with an accuracy of 0.01mm. During arbitration inspection, use a large tool microscope or reading microscope to measure: cut along the periphery of the water bag, divide it into two pieces, find the thinnest part, then cut it at the thinnest part, and make a 25mm×10mm test piece, attach the test piece to a bracket, and observe its thickness under a large tool microscope or reading microscope. Record its minimum thickness value within 25mm along the thinnest point.
5.3 The capacity of the hot water bag is to inject 23±2℃ water from the neck of the bag to the bottom edge of the plug seat, and then use a measuring tube to measure the volume of water. 5.4 Physical and mechanical properties of hot water bag
5.4.1 General requirements for the test method of physical and mechanical properties shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB527. 5.4.2 The standard temperature, humidity and time of the parking and testing of the sample shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB2941. 5.4.3 Tensile strength and elongation at break shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB528. Use a type 1 cutter for testing. Cut along the periphery of the water bag, divide it into two pieces, and cut the test piece along the rolling direction. 5.4.4 The hot air aging test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3512. 5.4.5 The hot water aging test is to hang the sample in a free state in a constant temperature water tank of 100±1℃ and heat it to the specified time. The test and calculation methods are the same as those of GB3512.
5.5 Leakage test
5.5.1 Fill the hot water bag with compressed air to eight times the height of the bag body when it is laid flat, and check whether there is leakage. 217
HG201191
5.5.2 Fill the hot water bag with 90℃ water to 2/3 of the rated capacity, cover it after exhausting the air, clamp it between two wooden boards, apply a load of 20kg until 10 minutes, and immediately check whether there is any leakage. 5.6 Contamination test
Fill the hot water bag with 90℃ water, cover it and leave it for 5 minutes, wipe it gently with absorbent cotton, and observe whether there is any contamination. 6 Acceptance rules
