Compared with NJ93-84, the main technical contents of this standard have been changed as follows: the basic dimensions have been adjusted; the inspection rules have been modified. This standard replaces NJ93-84 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Handan Cotton Machinery Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Gao Li, Yang Guoqing and Li Futang. This standard was first issued in 1974 and revised for the first time on October 28, 1984. This is the second revision. 6 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Sawgin and sawlinter-Isolationring JB/T7886.2-1999 Replaces NJ9384 This standard specifies the type and basic dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking and packaging of sawtooth cotton gin and sawtooth linter isolation rings. This standard applies to sawtooth cotton gin and sawtooth linter isolation rings. 2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T8733-1988 Cast aluminum alloy ingots Type and basic dimensions The type and basic dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. Table 1 Sawtooth cotton gin spacer Sawtooth velvet stripper spacer 3.2 Marking example Sawtooth cotton gin, sawtooth velvet stripper spacer is marked as: and bias Spacer Hd-JB/T7886.2-1999 (where H is thickness, d is inner hole diameter) thickness 16mm, outer diameter 160mm, inner hole 74.6mm Sawtooth mill spacer is expressed as: Spacer 16-74.6-JB/T7886.2-19994 Requirements Spacers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1 Spacers shall be made of ZLD202 material specified in GB/T8733. 4.2www.bzxz.net Spacers shall not have pores, sand holes and other defects that reduce strength on the surface of the processing. 4:3 The surface of the spacer should be cleaned and kept smooth. 4.4 5 Factory inspection and acceptance rules JB/T7886.2-1999 5.1 Products must be inspected by the manufacturer's inspection department before leaving the factory. 5.2 The spacer must be inspected for appearance and size, and its thickness should be inspected piece by piece. Z0.02A The thickness of the spacer should be inspected with a special inspection tool. After inspection, the thickness should be marked on each spacer, and the spacers should be grouped every 0.02mm according to the thickness tolerance 5.3 . 5.4 The ordering unit can sample the product quality according to this standard. If the inspection results are unqualified, the number should be doubled for re-inspection. If there are still unqualified products, the product is judged as unqualified: but the manufacturer is allowed to repair the batch of products and resubmit for re-inspection. If the product is not qualified again after resubmission, the user is allowed to return it. 6 Marking and packaging The spacer should be cast with the manufacturer's mark. Different specifications and groups of spacers should be packed in wooden or cardboard packaging boxes, and each box should not exceed 20kg. 6.2 Each package should be accompanied by the manufacturer's quality certificate. 6.3 The outer wall of the packaging box should have the following markings: a) Manufacturer's name; b) Spacer mark and name: c) Package, quality; d) Year and month of production; e) Destination and receiving unit; f)) Shipping station and shipping unit.
