4.5 There shall be no leakage in the welds and bolt connection surfaces that are in contact with water and gas. 4.6 The position of the guide plates in each compartment of the machine body must be consistent, and the mutual offset between the guide plates in adjacent compartments must not be greater than 10mm. 4.7 The discharge device should operate flexibly and should not be stuck. 4.8 When the change in bed thickness is greater than 5mm, the discharge device should be able to automatically change the discharge speed. 4.9 The air valve device should operate flexibly, have good sealing performance, and be adjusted correctly and reliably. 4.10 In the transmission device, the accuracy level of the cylindrical gear should not be lower than level 8 specified in GB/T10095. The reducer must not leak oil, the cleanliness of the reducer should not exceed 400mg, and the measured noise under no load should not exceed 85dB (A). 4.11 The jig should meet the following safety requirements: a) Railings should be added to the pedestrian walkway, and a safety protective cover should be added to the transmission device: b) The noise produced by the jig during operation should comply with the provisions of the "Noise Hygiene Standards for Industrial Enterprises (Trial Draft)"; c) The insulation requirements of electrical equipment should comply with the regulations of GB4720 and GB3797. 2 A complete set of jig should include:

5 Test methods
5.1 Climb the air valve and discharge device by hand to test their flexibility. 5.2 Conduct a 2-h no-load operation test to check the operation and sealing of the stroke valve, discharge device and reducer in 4.7, 4.9 and 4.10. 5.3 Check 4.8 by changing the measurement height of the bed sensor. 5.4 Check the adjustment characteristics of the damper system by adjusting the damper control device. 5.5 The noise of the jig should be tested according to GB/T3768. 5.6 Cleanliness of the reducer: Use SSW0.074/0.050 filter to filter the lubricant after the first run-in for 4 hours, then pour the kerosene into the box, and use a brush to clean all the lubricants. After installing the machine, drain out the cleaning oil and filter it. Put the filter and the dirt into a 120°C oven to dry for 1 hour. Take it out and put it in a desiccant to cool for 20 minutes. The weight of the dirt is the cleanliness. 5.7. Use the oil penetration method to detect leakage of welds and connection surfaces in contact with water, and use soapy water method to detect leakage of welds and connection surfaces in contact with gas. || tt |
6.2 Type inspection shall be carried out when the jig has one of the following circumstances: a) When there are major changes in structure, process or materials; b) When production is resumed after a long-term shutdown;
c) During normal production , once every 50 units produced; d) When the national quality inspection agency proposes type inspection requirements. 3

6.3 Type inspection items shall include all requirements of this standard. 6.4 Type inspection shall be conducted on one product that has passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, it shall be doubled Sampling inspection 7 signs, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The jig should have a product label fixed in a prominent position. The label should comply with the regulations of GB/T13306, and its contents include: a) product model and name; ||tt| |b) Main technical parameters;
c) Manufacturing date:

e) Manufacturer name.
7.2 The jig should be disassembled and shipped in a form that is convenient for transportation. Before disassembly, the assembly position of each component should be marked. 7.3 The machine body should be partially packaged, and the exposed processed surface should be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with plastic sheeting. 7.4 Transmission devices, air valves, electrical equipment and small parts should be packed into packaging boxes. 7.5 The random technical documents should be wrapped in a plastic bag and put into a wooden box, and the words "Technical Documents Here" should be marked on the outer wall of the box. Random technical documents include:
a) Complete delivery list and packing list;
b) Product quality certification documents;
c) Product instruction manual;
d) Product installation diagram.
7.6 The packaging of the jig should comply with the requirements of GB/T13384. 7.7 The storage and transportation marks of the jig packaging box should comply with the regulations of GB191, and the following content should be marked on the outer wall: a) Product model and name; || tt||b) Manufacturer name;
c) Factory date and factory number;
d) Contract number, packaging number;
e) Receiving unit and arrival station;| |tt||f) Net weight, gross weight, overall dimensions and lifting lines, etc. 7.8 The jig should be stored with rain-proof measures, and maintenance should be carried out every 12 months. Electrical equipment should be stored in a clean, dry room.
