This standard is revised on the basis of SY/T5557-92 "Types and Basic Parameters of Complete Sets of Petroleum Cementing Equipment". The main revisions are as follows:
The structure, technical elements and expression rules of this standard are revised in accordance with GB/T1.1-1993; This standard has revised the name, scope, basic parameters and measurement units of complete sets of petroleum cementing equipment; This standard has added a high pressure grade of 105MPa and cement Basic parameters such as slurry density accuracy, flowmeter accuracy and pressure display value allowable error;
This standard adds GB/T9253.1-1999 and GB/T9253.2-1999 and other reference standards; This standard adds cementing cement head content; This standard deletes the two chapters "Complete set classification" and "Complete set basic parameters"; This standard removes the three items "Water bite", "Additive addition equipment" and "Air compressor unit"; This standard deletes the model representation method and Appendix A of petroleum cementing complete sets of equipment. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace SY/T5557-92 at the same time. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Petroleum Drilling and Production Equipment and Tools. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and selection of onshore petroleum cementing equipment, and also applies to offshore cementing equipment. 2 Referenced standards

4 Cementing truck (according to) type and basic parameters 4.1 Type
4.1.1 According to the mode of transportation, it is divided into:
a) Truck-mounted;
b) Skid-mounted.
4.1.2 According to the transmission mode, it is divided into:

5.2 Basic parameters
5.2.1 The threads of the joints at both ends of the pipeline with a nominal diameter of 60 and 89 mm shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9253.2, and the trapezoidal threads for joint-to-joint connection shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5796.1~GB/T5796.4. The main matching dimensions of high-pressure joints and high-pressure flexible elbows shall comply with the provisions of SY/T5211. 5.2.2
