GB/T17858 "Terms and types of packaging bags" is divided into two parts:
———Part 1: Paper bags;
———Part 2: Thermoplastic soft film bags.
This part is the second part of GB/T17858.
This part is modified to adopt ISO6590-2:1986 "Terms and types of packaging bags Part 2: Thermoplastic flexible film bags"
(English version).
Compared with ISO6590-2:1986, the main changes in this part are as follows:
———The format is modified according to the requirements of the national standard;
———The scope of application of the standard is no longer limited to the range of bag tube circumference not less than 550mm;
———Delete Table 1 in the ISO standard;
———Add hexagonal end flat edge heat-sealed valve bag.
This part replaces GB/T17858.2─1999 "Packaging terminology Industrial packaging bags Thermoplastic flexible film bags".

This part of GB/T1785B specifies the terms and types of thermoplastic flexible film bags. This part applies to single-layer or multi-layer packaging bags made of thermoplastic flexible film. This part does not apply to bags for retail commodity packaging.
2 General terms
Thermoplastic flexible film bag thermoplasticflexiblefilmsack is a packaging container made of one or more layers of thermoplastic flexible film flat sheets with at least one end closed. It can also be compounded with other tough materials to achieve the performance required for goods filling and circulation. 22
