3 Technical requirements
Needle-reading oil cup
Ordinary thread tolerances and fits
Batch inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to inspection of continuous batches) 3.1 The types and sizes of various oil cups shall comply with the provisions of this standard and production drawings. 3.2 The material of the oil cup parts should be selected according to the purpose and working conditions of the oil cup. GB115989
replaces GB115979
and is adjusted to ≥940.7-95
. 3.3 The oil cup parts are not allowed to have cracks, pores, sand holes, and the surface should not have burrs, dents and other defects that affect the performance. 3.4 The steel balls of various oil cups should fit the oil filling holes tightly under the action of the spring, and reset smoothly after oiling, and there should be no stuck phenomenon. The steel balls should be flush with the end face of the oil cup.
For the straight-through pressure-injected oil cup, its steel ball should not be higher than 0.5mm or lower than 0.5mm on the end face. For the press-fit pressure-injected oil cup, its steel ball should not be higher than 1mm or lower than 1mm on the end face. 3.5 The flow rate of the Fujian-type oil cup can be adjusted as needed, but the minimum flow rate is not more than 5 drops per minute. In the closed state, oil dripping is not allowed.
3.6 All kinds of oil cups should ensure reliable oil filling and no oil leakage. 3.7 The surface of steel oil cup parts should generally be oxidized (blue or black). If other surface treatments are required, the supplier and the buyer shall agree. 3.8 The cup body and the perspective tube of the needle-reading oil filling cup should be transparent and clear, and there should be no defects such as bubbles, scratches, discoloration and cracks that affect the use.
The thread tolerance and fit shall be in accordance with the provisions of 6H/6g in GB197. The thread should be smooth and there should be no burrs, cracks, bumps and other defects that affect the use. 3.9

4 Test methods and inspection rules
4.1 Test on grease injection performance of GB1152 and GB1153 pressure-filled oil cups and machine oil injection performance of GB1155 pressure-filled oil cups:
Aim the oiling nozzle of a lever-type oil gun or a push-type oil gun at the oiling cup and fill the oil into the oiling cup with working pressure. The oil cup shall comply with the provisions of Articles 3.4 and 3.6 of this standard, which was approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on February 10, 1989 and implemented on January 1, 1990.
4.2 The oil cup shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and may only leave the factory after passing the inspection. Products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate. 4.3 The user has the right to inspect the oil cup according to the performance and quality indicators specified in this standard. The acceptance rules for the oil cup are in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The general inspection level is II. The quality acceptance level AQL value of Articles 3.4, 3.5, and 3.6 in this standard is 4. There shall be no obvious defects in the appearance quality. bzxz.net
4.4 If the purchaser deems it necessary or economically reasonable, the product submitted for inspection may be exempted from inspection based on the quality assurance of the supplier, or the inspection may be carried out according to the sampling plan agreed upon by the supplier and the purchaser. 4.5 The oil cup material shall be inspected and accepted with the certificate of the material supplier. 5 Marking and packaging
5.1 The oil cup shall be wiped clean before packaging, and the surface of the parts without metal coating shall be coated with anti-corrosion agent. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, it is guaranteed not to rust within 6 months from the date of leaving the factory. 5.2 The oil cup shall be placed in a sturdy packaging box lined with oil-soaked paper. The packaging box shall be able to prevent the oil cup from rusting and damage during transportation.
The packaging box should be accompanied by a product quality certificate issued by the quality inspection department and a packing list. The outer surface of the packaging box (box, bag) should be clearly marked with: product name or mark;
b. Manufacturer name and trademark;
c. Product quantity;
Expiration date;
