Relatively speaking:
4 Gasket type and size
Flexible graphite composite gasket is a composite of punched or punched metal core plate and expanded graphite particles. 4. 0.1
4.0.2 Gasket types are divided into RF type, MFM type and TG type, which are suitable for raised face, convex face and machine groove face flanges respectively, as shown in Figure 4.0.2. According to the needs, RI type gaskets can be provided with stainless steel or carbon steel inner edging (RF-F type), as shown in Figure 4.0.2. 4.0.3 Gasket size
The size of RF type and RF-E type gaskets for raised face flanges shall be specified in Table 4.0.3-1. 1
2 The size of MFM type gaskets for concave and convex face flanges shall be specified in Table 4.0.3-2. The size of TG type gaskets for groove face flanges shall be specified in Table 4.0.3-3. 3
The gasket sizes listed in Tables 4.0.3-1 to 3 are suitable for steel pipes of the two outer diameter series A and B listed in HG20592. tt||Pipe flange:
5 The inner diameter Dmm of the gasket listed in Table 4.0.3~1~2 is applicable to: ·General situation. It can also be modified according to needs, and the inner diameter after modification should be indicated when ordering. D
