3 Terminology
General terminology for technical drawings
For the terms used in this standard, see GB6159.1 and GB/T13361.4 Preparation before shooting
4.1 Originals
Originals should meet the requirements of GH10609.4.
4.2 Arrangement
4.2.1 Originals should be complete and arranged in order.
4.2.2 Wrinkled, damaged, and contaminated originals should be treated with corresponding technical treatment. 4.2.3 Bound originals should be opened.
4.3 Arrangement
4.3.1 The total daily record of originals and the sub-record of each disc should be compiled according to the salt (including the sequence number, the name and code of the original drawing, the frame number or microfilm number, remarks, etc.).
4.3.2 Calculate the number of originals to be photographed per reel of film according to the length of the film and the originals (including the standard plate that needs to be placed at the corresponding position) Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 1, 1994 and implemented on December 1, 1994
GB/T 15021—94
4.3.3 Develop a shooting plan and fill in a work sheet (including reel number, shooting content, shooting date, film model, emulsion number, shooting and washing conditions and quality inspection results, etc.)
5 Reduction ratio
5.1 For originals of A series format size, it is recommended to use three reduction ratios of 1/30, 1/21.2 and 1/15, see Table 1. For the reduction ratios used for originals of other format sizes, see Appendix A.

5.2 Generally, a corresponding reduction ratio card should be placed on the lower left corner of the original in each frame, and a metric reference scale with a length of 100mm should be set at the lower center of the drawing where the metric reference scale is not drawn. For the production of the metric reference scale, see Appendix A of GB10609.4. 6 Shooting
6.1 Setting of each section of film
Each reel of microfilm is divided into five parts: the header, the front identification area, the original area, the rear identification area, and the end of the film. 6.1.1 Header
At the header of each reel of film, a blank film of no less than 700mm should be reserved for the guard and leader. 6.1.2 Front identification area
a. Shoot the "reel start\graphic symbol label plate, see GB7516h for the graphic symbol. If this reel of film is shot after the previous reel of film, it is necessary to shoot the "connected reel\graphic symbol label plate, and use numbers to indicate the connected reel number, see Figure 1,
[Reel number of the previous reel of film]
(Reel number of this reel of film)
"Connected reel\graphic symbol
Shoot the reel number of this reel of film (can be read directly);
GB/T 15021-94
d. Shoot the test label plate, see GB8988 for the test label plate. e. Shoot the certificate label plate, including the official approval document for shooting the original, the signature of the approver and other relevant contents; F. Shoot the record label plate, including the name of the original item, the shooting unit, the shooting time, the original collection unit, the management unit, etc. 6. 1. 3 Original area
Photograph the sub-directory of the originals in this reel of film. a:
Photograph the originals. Case identification symbols and necessary labels (see 6.3). The centering symbol of the original should be aligned with the center mark on the camera draft table. h.
To facilitate the use of microforms, one or more retrieval methods can be selected when photographing, such as placing the face number, setting a flashing target, etc. 6.1.4 Post-marking area
Photograph the catalog label!
Photograph the voucher label;
Photograph the thank you label:
Photograph the reel number of this reel of film (can be read directly): d.
If this reel If the content of the film needs to be transferred to the next reel of film, it is necessary to shoot the "Continue next reel" graphic symbol plate, see Figure 2; xxx

f. Shoot the "End of roll" graphic symbol plate, see GB7516 for graphic symbols. 6.1.5 End of film
A blank film of no less than 700mm should be left at the end of each reel of film as a guard and guide. 6.2 Arrangement of frame images
The arrangement order and direction of the frame images must conform to the arrangement order and reading direction of the original. 6.3 Application of defects of originals and reshoot symbols (see GB7516) 6.3.1 When the original is missing a page, shoot the "Original missing" graphic symbol plate at the missing page and indicate the code of the missing page. 6.3.2 When photographing an original that is blurred, difficult to read or contaminated, you may first photograph the original that is difficult to recognize\graphic symbol plate or photograph the “original that is difficult to recognize” graphic symbol together with the original. 6.3.3 When photographing an incomplete original with damaged information: you may first photograph the “original that is damaged\graphic symbol plate or photograph the “original that is damaged” graphic symbol together with the original.
6.3.4 When photographing an original with an incorrect number, you may first photograph the “number error\graphic symbol plate or photograph the “number error\graphic symbol” together with the original.
6.3.5 During the photographing process, if you want to retake the same image immediately after taking a frame, you should photograph the “image repeat\graphic symbol plate” before expanding the frame.
6.3.6 When any of the above defects appear continuously on the original, you may photograph a graphic symbol plate and indicate the start and end numbers of the defective originals. 6.4 Handling of Explanatory Matters
If there are matters that need to be explained in the photographed original, the text explanation should be photographed separately before the frame to be explained: 6.5 Shooting in separate frames
6.5.1 When shooting in separate frames for the same original, the same reduction ratio should be used. GB/T15021—94
6.5.2 When shooting in separate frames, the order can be arranged in the order of bottom first, top second, right first, left second, or top first, bottom second, left first, and the number should be marked in the blank space of each frame.
6.5.3 The overlapping size of the originals shot in separate frames should be no less than 100mm. 6.6 Shooting in multiple frames
6.6.1 The size, contrast, font size and line width of each original shot in multiple frames must meet the quality requirements for reading, copying and restoration after the combined shooting.
6.6.2 The originals shot in multiple frames must be connected in page order. 6.6.3 The arrangement of images in combined shooting is shown in Figure 3. Film meaning
Figure 3 Arrangement of images in frame shooting
6.7 Supplementary shooting
6.7.1 The supplementary film should have a header.
6.7.2 Shoot the “film start” graphic symbol-number plate. 6.7.3 Take a written description of the reshoot or a reshoot report. 6.7.4 Expand the photos in the order of the reshoot original.
6.7.5 The reshoot film is connected to the original film before the "reel start" symbol, see Figure 4. Joint

7.1 The image recorded on the microform should reflect the original appearance of the original. Except for the labels, symbols and necessary instructions set according to these regulations, no tip should be lost or any information should be added.
7.2 The quality requirements for the background density, clarity and resolution of the original negative, the amount of thiosulfate residue, etc., see GB8989 and GB61607.3 Original negative There should be no traces of contamination such as scratches, fingerprints, water stains, oil stains and liquid medicine on the surface.
