Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Determination of the coating adhesion of rubber or plastics Fabries coated twrith rubber or plastics Deterimination of the coating adhesionHG/T3052-1989 (1997) Replaces GB 10720-80 This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO2411-1973 "Determination of the coating adhesion of rubber or plastics coated fabrics". Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the test method for determining the adhesion strength of rubber or plastic coated fabric coatings. The general steps of this method conform to the provisions of GB 532, but the sample preparation is different. This method can prevent the separation of the warp or weft edges that is easy to occur when the fabric is relatively thin. Therefore, this standard is generally applicable to protective products made of heavy and light fabrics. 2 Reference standards CB532 Determination of adhesive strength of combed rubber to fabric GB7539 Standard environment for parking and testing of rubber-coated fabrics 3 Principle Peel off the fabric coating of the standard specimen at a constant speed. 4 Instrument The instrument shall comply with the requirements of GB532. The moving speed of the test machine holder shall be 100±10mm/min. With the agreement of the parties concerned, the alternative moving speeds are 50rxm/min and 300mm/mina. However, the results measured at different speeds cannot be compared with each other. 5 Sample s.1 Dimensions The length of the sample is 200mm and the width is 50±0.5mm. Its length shall ensure that the fabric coating is separated by at least 100rntm. Note: The sample should not be taken within 100mtn from the edge or within 1000mm from the end of the roll. 5.2 Preparation 5.2.1 Standard method When the strength of the fabric coating itself exceeds the strength of its adhesion to the fabric (the coating can be peeled off the fabric), carefully cut the coated fabric with a knife into test specimens of the dimensions shown in Figure 1. Instructions for use: 1 In 1902411, this is not specified. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 27, 198914 Implementation on December 1, 1989 HG/T 3052 - 1989 (1997) Milk Crane ℃ Cutting line B Figure 1 Dimensions of test specimens and tangent line positions Cutting line A extends from one end of the test specimen to 25 mm from the edge at the other end. Tangent line B extends from one end of the test specimen to 50 mm from the edge at the other end. Connect the ends of cutting lines A and B with an oblique cutting line C. Cut the three lines A, B, and C from the coating layer to the fabric layer. Place the blade at the intersection formed by cutting lines A and C, and peel the resulting strip from the fabric layer 50 mm from this point. 5.2.2 Replacement method When the strength of the coating layer on the fabric itself is lower than the adhesion strength between it and the fabric (the coating cannot be removed from the fabric after coating), the specimen should be prepared by replacement method. 5.2.2.1 Use two test materials Take two pieces of test materials with a width of 50 mm and a length of 20 mm, gently polish the surface of the coating layer of the test materials, and then use an appropriate room temperature vulcanized adhesive to bond the two pieces of test materials together with the adhesive surface to the adhesive surface, and vulcanize them. Complete the preparation of the specimen according to 5.2.1. However, when cutting the three lines A, B, and C, cut through one layer of fabric and two layers of coating layer to one layer of fabric. : 5.2.2.2 Using a cloth strip Take a piece of test material and a piece of cloth strip of the same size, and prepare the surface of the coating layer of the test material. Use an appropriate room-filled vulcanized rubber roller to apply three times continuously on the coating layer of the test material and the surface of the cloth strip. Then cover the cloth strip on the test material, roll it carefully, and vulcanize it. Complete the preparation of the sample according to 5.2.1. However, when cutting the three lines A and BC, avoid cutting the cloth strip: the adhesive layer and the covering fabric. Note: The adhesion strength between the cloth strip and the coating layer should be greater than the adhesion strength between the coating layer and the fabric. The following materials are suitable for warp-side adhesive: Yarn Count (standard cloth) warp, tex Count (standard cloth) weft, tex Minimum number of yarns, per S0m warp Maximum amount per unit area, 5.2.2.3 Use adhesive film Take a piece of test material and prepare its coating surface. Apply appropriate room-source vulcanized adhesive liquid on the surface of the coating layer and make it bowl. Instructions: 1) In JSO2411, there is no clear indication of the circumstances under which the replacement method is used. ..15, HG/T 3052-1989 (1997) Currently: The test results of the four methods may not be the same. The method used should be agreed upon by the parties concerned. 5.3 Number of specimens Prepare four specimens, two in the warp direction and two in the weft direction. 5.4 Time interval between vulcanization and testing The shortest time interval between vulcanization and testing is 16 hours. Whenever possible, the time interval between vulcanization and testing should not exceed three months. In other cases, the test should be carried out within two months from the date of receipt by the purchaser. 5.5 Storage The specimen should be stored in the test environment for no less than 3 hours. 6 Test temperature The test is carried out under the conditions of environment B specified in GB7539. The temperature of environment B is 20±2℃ or 23±2℃. For subtropical or tropical areas, 27±2℃ can also be used, but this can only be used for internal quality control. 7 Test steps Fix the peeled end of the specimen in the clamp of the testing machine and adjust the position of the specimen so that the tensile force is uniform during the test. During the test, the specimen shall not be twisted and the peeling angle shall be approximately 180°. Ensure that the center line of the specimen fixed in the holder is in the same plane as the peeling line of each layer, as shown in Figure 2. Note: Place the peeling strip in the moving holder and the fabric strip in the fixed holder. Chamber of Commerce Figure 2 Position of the remaining line of each layer Position the force system at zero point, start the interlayer peeling, and record the force for peeling 100mm length. 8 Result Representation Inappropriate Read all the peaks in the middle 50% area of the peeling curve and arrange these peak values in non-descending order. The arithmetic mean of the first half of this column represents the adhesion strength of the specimen. The test result is represented by the arithmetic mean of the adhesion strength of the two specimens, in N/mo 9 Test report The test report shall include the following: The name or code of the standard on which the test is based; Details of the coated fabric used to cut the specimens; b.wwW.bzxz.Net The number of specimens in each direction and the adhesion strength value of each specimen; d: The average adhesion strength value in each direction: Instructions for use: 1) In 1SO2411, the parking time is not clearly stated. .161 - Test temperature; Brake-off speed Specimen preparation method; HG/T3052-1989 (1997) Any operating details and other factors that may affect the results that are not specified in this standard.
