The geographical location is between 4029°~41°27\ north latitude and 121\25'~122°30° east longitude. 277 GB 18824-- 2002 5 Requirements 5.1 Natural Environment This area is located at the southern end of the Songliao Plain in Northeast China. It has four distinct seasons, abundant heat resources during the rice growing season, rain and heat in the same season, and sufficient sunshine. It belongs to the warm temperate continental semi-humid monsoon climate. 5. 1. 1. Sunshine The annual average sunshine hours are 2785h. The average sunshine hours during the rice growing season are 1508h. 5.1.2 Temperature The annual average temperature is 8.4, with a period of 175 days, greater than or equal to 10℃: the accumulated temperature is 3428℃~3448℃, and the average temperature is above 20℃ during the rice sprouting to maturity period. There is sufficient sunshine in the late stage of the growth period, and the temperature drops slowly in mid-to-late September. 5.1.3 Precipitation The annual average precipitation is 634mm, and the precipitation in the growing season is 535imm. 5.1.4 Soil This area belongs to the alluvial plain of retreating sea, with flat terrain and coastal soil type. Color and smell shall be in accordance with GB/T 5492. 6. 1.2 Taste quality shall be in accordance with Appendix B of GB/T17891-1999. 6.1.3 The chalky particle rate shall be in accordance with 6.2 of GB/T17891-1999. 6.1.4 The flat whiteness shall be in accordance with 6.3 of GB/T17891-1999. 6.2 Processing quality index 6-2.1 Processing accuracy shall be in accordance with Appendix A of GB/T11766. If one of the sensory indicators and physical and chemical indicators does not meet the requirements or the processing quality indicators do not meet the specified level after comprehensive evaluation, double random sampling can be carried out from the same batch of products for re-inspection. If it still does not meet the standard requirements after re-inspection, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified. 8 Marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Marking, labeling B.1.1 Approved enterprises can use the special mark of origin protection and expansion on the outer packaging of their products. 8.1.2 Signs and labels shall comply with the provisions of GB7718 and GB17924. 8.2 Packaging Packaging shall be in non-toxic, odorless, clean woven bags or plastic bags. The net content of the packaging shall comply with the provisions of JJF1070. 8.3 Transportation Transportation shall be carried out in accordance with the Grain Transportation Management Rules (Trial) of the State Grain Reserve Bureau (National Grain Reserve No. 255, 1997). 8.4 Storage Storage warehouses shall meet the requirements of ventilation, dryness, cleanliness, coolness, and no direct sunlight. It is strictly forbidden to mix with toxic, odorous (gas), damp, insect-prone, and easily contaminated items.
