Not less than 78 (%) 3.3 The chromaticity data in Table 2 are calculated based on CIE standard illuminant Ds and CIE1964 supplementary standard chromaticity system. 3.4 The flag pattern, plate-making positioning, flag appearance evaluation and dyeing fastness requirements of the national flag color standard sample shall comply with the GB12982 regulations, approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on 1991-05-25 and implemented on 1991-12-01 . 4 Test methods GB12983-91 4.1 The dimensions of the national flag color standard sample shall be measured using qualified measuring tools with an accuracy of not less than 0.5%. 4.2 The chromaticity measurement of the national flag color standard sample shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 3.1 and 3.2 in GB3979. 4.3 The chromaticity measurement results of the national flag color standard sample are expressed according to the provisions of 5.1 in GB3979, that is, the measured values ??are expressed by the stimulus value Y1o and the chromaticity coordinates 210 and 910. 4.4 The measurement of the color difference of the chromaticity value of the national flag color standard sample is carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.2 in GB8424 and A2 in Appendix A. 5 Testing Rules 5.1 The inspection of the chromaticity requirements in the national flag color standard sample must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 in the test method. Those whose results do not meet the standards shall not be used as standard samples and shall not be issued. 5.2 The national flag color standard samples owned by national flag manufacturers and supervision departments have a use period of two years. If they exceed two years, they must be submitted for inspection. If the chromaticity value does not meet the standard requirements, they shall not be used. 6. National flag color standard samples need to be stored in special packaging boxes, sealed, moisture-proof, and protected from light. 7. The standardization administrative department of the State Council is responsible for the production, issuance and supervision of the national flag color standard samples.
