The full score is 10 points, and it should not be less than 6 points. 4 Test method 4.1 Specific power determination Specific power- Rated power of bulldozer Bulldozer structural weight The rated power of the bulldozer in the formula refers to the net power output of the flywheel of the engine, and the structural weight of the bulldozer refers to the weight of the machine without the ripper, cab, fuel, water and driver. The method for determining the machine weight shall comply with the provisions of JB1666. 4.2 Maximum productivity determination The test time for the maximum productivity of the bulldozer is selected to be 15 to 30 minutes, and the test conditions shall comply with the provisions of JB1666. 4.3 Determination of reliability index Determination of bulldozer reliability MTBF and machine output rate K, test method and evaluation method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T51007. 4.4 Determination of starting performance Determination of bulldozer starting performance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the product manual. The starting motor dragging time shall not exceed 15s each time. The test shall be repeated 3 times, with an interval of 2 minutes between each two times. At least 1 of the 3 times shall be successful. 4.5 Determination of dense performance The determination of the sealing performance of the bulldozer shall be carried out immediately after the bulldozer is stopped for 3 hours. Within 15 minutes, check whether there is any seepage at the sealing joint surface. 4.6 Determination of cleanliness The determination of the cleanliness of the compressed oil of the bulldozer shall be carried out immediately after the bulldozer is stopped for 3 hours. Take 200mL of oil sample from the upper, middle and lower parts of the oil pool, filter it with a filter membrane with a nominal pore size of 0.8μm, take out the impurities, dry and weigh them, and the test method shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6231. 4.7 Determination of noise The determination of the ear noise and external noise of the bulldozer driver shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB3774.2. When measuring the fixed value working condition, the engine speed shall be within the range of the calibrated speed to 50 revolutions. 4.8 Determination of seat dynamic comfort The dynamic comfort test method of the bulldozer driver's seat shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB8419. 4.9 Painting and appearance measurement The regular inspection of the quality of the installation only checks the appearance of the topcoat layer and the adhesion of the primer layer. The appearance is visually inspected, and the primer layer is scratched with a sample plate. However, the type inspection and grading inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T51029. Appearance measurement Check whether the surface of the casting, forging, welding and processing parts is flat and smooth, and whether there are defects such as flash, burrs, sand inclusions, welding defects, scratches, cracks, etc.; check whether the lines and pipelines are arranged neatly and firmly; check whether the appearance of the whole machine is beautiful and generous. If the evaluation is done by 3 to 5 people scoring, the average value is taken. 4.10 Determination of other items The determination methods of the maximum traction force, maximum traction efficiency, climbing, braking, steering performance, blade lifting speed, natural settlement and the control force of each part of the bulldozer are all in accordance with the provisions of JB1666. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Inspection type 5.1.1 Factory inspection Each finished bulldozer should be inspected at the factory, and no-load operation and load operation tests should be carried out according to the factory inspection outline of each factory. Check the technical conditions of the main components and the working performance of the whole machine. Only after confirming that it is qualified can it be shipped out of the factory. The product should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity when it leaves the factory. 5.1.2 Type inspection Type inspection must be carried out when new products are identified, old products are modified or transferred to other factories for production. Type inspection must be carried out every 5 years and is valid for 5 years after passing. 5.1.3 Periodic inspection At least one bulldozer shall be selected every year and inspected for the following items according to the method of JB1666: a. Steering performance; Sealing performance; Oil cleanliness; Operation sound: Blade lifting speed; Natural settlement of shovel blade: Operation force. 5.2 Judgment rules The test results of each item shall meet the requirements of technical performance and quality indicators specified in this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Each bulldozer should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position, and its type and size should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The label should state the following 6.1 Product name and model: Main parameters of the product: Manufacturer name or trademark: Manufacturing date: Factory number. 6.2A sign indicating the working position of the operating mechanism should be installed in front of the control panel. 6.3 The packaging of the bulldozer should comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5947. 6.4 The transportation of the bulldozer should comply with the relevant provisions of GB146.1. 6.5 The storage and preservation of bulldozers shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB3306, 7 Quality Assurance 7.1 Under the premise that the user complies with the provisions of the operating and maintenance instructions, the manufacturer shall ensure that the quality and technical performance of the product meet the requirements of the accompanying technical 4 JB/T7306-94 parts and this standard.
