Compared with JB/T5184-1991, the main changes in this standard are as follows: The name of the standard is changed: The schematic diagram of the test equipment is added: A pair of test temperatures are specified: A pair of test acceleration processes are specified in detail. This standard replaces JB/T5184-1991. Appendix A of this standard is an informative appendix. This standard is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tractor Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by: Luoyang Tractor Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard: Luan Xinli. The previous versions of the standard replaced by this standard are: JB/T5184-1991. JB/T5184-2004 1 Scope Tractor clutch overspeed test method This standard specifies the tractor clutch overspeed test method. JB/T51842004 This standard applies to tractor clutch overspeed test (hereinafter referred to as clutch). The clutch overspeed test of other agricultural machinery can be used as a reference. 2 General principles After assembly, the flywheel, cover and pressure plate assembly matching the clutch (excluding the clutch shaft, driven plate assembly and control mechanism) should comply with the product drawings and relevant technical documents. Regulation. After assembly, the flywheel, cover, pressure plate assembly and intermediate partition plate matched with the double-acting clutch (excluding the clutch shaft, driven plate assembly and operating mechanism) shall comply with the provisions of the product drawings and relevant technical documents, 3 Normative Referenced standards The provisions in the following documents become provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. For dated referenced documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard. However, parties who have reached an agreement based on this standard will study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For undated referenced documents, the latest edition applies to this standard. QC/T518-1999 Automotive bolt fasteners tightening and twisting 4 test conditions The test temperature is 10℃~35℃. 5 Test equipment and measuring instruments 5.1 Test equipment requirements 5.1.1 High-center force test bench for rotating parts, the principle is shown in Figure 1. 5.1.2 The test bench should have safety protection facilities to avoid personal injury when the clutch breaks. 5.1.3 The test speed measurement display should be digital display. The test bench should be able to automatically cut off the motor power when the test speed suddenly changes after the clutch breaks, and can display and record the speed at the moment of clutch breakage. 5.1.4 The accuracy of the rotational speed measurement system should not be less than 1%. 5.2 Measuring instruments static balancing machine, hardness tester, metallographic analyzer, digital display, torque speed measuring instrument, vernier caliper, micrometer, torque wrench, 5x magnifying glass, etc. 6 test items 6.1 Clutch appearance quality. 6.2 Clutch static imbalance detection. 6.3 High coupling overspeed test, to measure the damage speed during continuous acceleration. 7 Test Method 7.1 Test Preparation 7.1.1 Make a permanent and eye-catching mark on the tested clutch JB/T5184—2004 Variable speed motor (or motor and transmission): 2— Tested piece: Protection device: 4-Torque and speed measuring instrument. 3 Figure 1 Schematic diagram of centrifugal force test bench 7.1.2 The clutch pressed by the coil spring should be adjusted to the separated state. For clutches with media and diaphragm spring compression, the clutch should be adjusted to the compression state. 7.2 Test steps 7.2.1 Visual inspection of clutch appearance Use a 5x magnifying glass to carefully observe whether there are cracks everywhere in the clutch. If there are cracks, the test should be terminated. 7.2.2 Detection of static unbalance of the commercial combiner Test the static unbalance of the sample on the static unbalance machine. The static unbalance plate should meet the product design requirements and be recorded. 7.2.3 Clutch overspeed test 7.2.3.1 Adjust the cover and pressure plate assembly of the sample to the separated (combined) state, and connect the clutch assembly to the test bench with a flange. Install and adjust the high-speed clutch according to the operating procedures of the test bench, and check the tightening torque of the flange connection bolts according to the corresponding regulations of QCT518. 7.2.3.2 After the installation is completed, start the test bench after confirming that there are no abnormal phenomena. Run it at 1500r/min for 5 to 8 minutes, and observe whether there are any abnormal phenomena on the test bench through instruments. 7.2.3.3 Under normal operation conditions of the test bench, start from 1500r/min, increase the speed evenly to 2000r/min within 15s~20s, and stabilize for 2min. Starting from 2000r/min, it accelerates uniformly in 15s to 20s in units of 1000r/min, and is stable for 1min each at 3000r/min, 4000r/min, and 5000/min. When exceeding 5000r/min, use 500r/min as the unit, accelerate evenly within 20s~25s, and stabilize for 0.5min. The final test speed should be 2.5 times the calibrated speed of the equipped engine. 7.2.3.4 After decelerating, stopping, and cutting off the power supply to confirm safety, the clutch can be removed, and the sample can be observed in detail with a 5x magnifying glass to check for cracks, damage, and serious misalignment between parts. and recorded in the test report. 7.2.3.5 When the maximum speed of the test cannot be reached, if the test piece is broken, the broken test piece should be cleaned, and the broken test piece should be photographed, physically and chemically analyzed and inspected, hardness tested, etc., and the cause of the breakage should be analyzed. 8 Test report and data compilation 8.1 Compile the report according to the test data recorded in Table A.1 of Appendix A, and attach the corresponding photos. 8.2 Prepare a test report. The main contents of the test report should include: a) Sample name: b) Manufacturer and manufacturing date: 2 c) d) e) f) g) h) Number of specimens: Static unbalance of specimen: Overspeed limit speed nmax and safety factor K; sample physical and chemical inspection and hardness measurement results: whether there is serious misalignment between the parts of the sample Photos of sample rupture state: Sample overspeed test conclusion Opinion.
