see.2 Nominal discharge current under-voltage test
During the type test, it is carried out on the complete counter, and the factory test is allowed only for the non-linear resistor, and its current amplitude is the nominal discharge current of the counter, residual voltage test method.
For silicon carbide non-linear resistors, it should comply with the provisions of B7327, and for gold oxide non-linear resistors, it should comply with the provisions of GB11032. 6.3 Counter action performance test
The test adopts an impulse current with waveform 8/20, and the current phase value specified in Table 1 passes through the counter. (.3.I "Operation performance test under lower limit action current" During the factory test, the counter should pass the action current lower limit value positive and negative polarity 5 times each, type During the type test, the counter shall pass the lower limit of the action current for 10 times in both positive and negative polarities; the time interval between each adjacent test of the same polarity is 15, and the counter shall be able to accurately indicate each time.
6.3.2 Action performance test under upper limit action current During the sampling test, the number of test pieces shall be sampled at 3% of each batch of products, but the minimum shall not be less than 3 pieces. Each product shall pass the upper limit of the action current for 1 time in both positive and negative polarities. During the type test, the counter shall pass the upper limit of the action current for 10 times in both positive and negative polarities; the time interval between each adjacent test of the same polarity is 50~605, and the counter shall be able to accurately indicate each time after cooling to room temperature after every 3 tests. In the sampling test, if one of the samples is unqualified, the batch of products will be transferred to the individual test. If one product is still found to be unqualified in the individual test, the time for this product to be transferred to the individual test will last for 1 month. During this period, if no unqualified products appear, it can be transferred to the sampling test, otherwise it should be extended for another month. The rest is analogous. 6.4 Current impulse withstand test of non-linear resistors The ambient temperature during the test is 25 ± 10℃. Non-linear resistors that have undergone the withstand tests of the impulse current, square wave current and large impulse current are not allowed to be installed in products for use. 6.4.1 Square wave and impulse current withstand test
6.4.1.1 Type test
During the test, 10 pieces with the highest residual voltage or DC reference voltage should be extracted from the non-linear resistors of the tested product and divided into 2 groups, 5 pieces in each group: square wave and impulse current withstand tests should be carried out according to the requirements of Article 5.5 of this standard. During the impulse current withstand test, each nonlinear resistor should withstand 20 times, and there should be no breakdown, flashover and other damage. The test is divided into 4 rounds, each round is carried out 5 times, the time interval between each adjacent test is 50~60s, and the time interval between each adjacent rounds should be sufficient for the nonlinear resistor to cool to the ambient temperature.
During the liquid current withstand test, each silicon nonlinear resistor should withstand 20 times and there should be no breakdown, flashover and other damage. The test is divided into 1 round, each round is carried out 5 times. Each gold oxide nonlinear resistor should withstand 18 times: there should be no breakdown, flashover and other damage. The test is divided into 6 rounds, each round is carried out 3 times. The time interval between the two tests of each phase needs to be 50~60%, and the time interval between each adjacent rounds should be sufficient for the nonlinear resistor to cool to the ambient temperature test. During the impulse current withstand test, only If one nonlinear resistor has less than 20 withstand times: When the standard withstand test is conducted, if only one semi-linear resistor has less than 20 withstand times (silicon carbide or 18-inch gold oxide), then the nonlinear resistor with the highest residual voltage or DC reference voltage shall be tested again. If all the doubled tests are qualified, the test product is considered qualified. If there are still some that have less than 20 withstand times in the impulse current withstand test or less than 20 times (silicon carbide) or 18 times (gold oxide) square wave current withstand test, the test intensity is considered unsuitable.
6.4.1.2 Sampling test
The test method is the same as the type test. The test product is selected from the same batch of nonlinear resistors. However, if the test fails, the residual voltage or DC reference voltage may be reduced and the test may be repeated (the reduction value is determined by the manufacturer). After the test is qualified, nonlinear resistors with a voltage higher than the residual voltage or DC reference voltage shall be considered unqualified.
6, 4. 2 Impact high current withstand test
During the test, 5 pieces with the highest residual voltage or DC reference voltage should be randomly selected from the non-linear resistors of the tested product. The test should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Article 5.5 of this standard. The tested product should be able to withstand 2 times of current impact without any damage such as shock, internal network, etc. The time between the two times should be sufficient for the tested product to cool to the ambient temperature.
6.5 External insulation power frequency withstand voltage test of counter This test should be carried out in dry and wet state. During the test, the internal parts of the counter should be removed and the positive voltage amplitude specified in Article 5.6 of this standard should be applied. The test method should comply with the provisions of GB311.2~311.4. b.6 Sealing test of counter
Immerse the counter in hot water 30~40 degrees higher than the ambient humidity for 5 minutes for factory test and 10 minutes for type test: If there is no continuous new bubble escaping from the inside or no obvious degassing phenomenon, the sealing is considered qualified. Other effective methods can also be used to carry out this test. Inspection rules
7.1 General
The counter shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard. The user shall inspect the counter in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The inspection of the counter is divided into four types: factory test, sampling test, type test and acceptance test. The test methods shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 3
