JB/T4279.1 General principles for the verification of enameled winding wire test equipment
3 Verification items and technical requirements
3.1 The moving distance of the paint scraping device of the one-way paint scraping tester should not be less than 100mm. 3.2 The moving speed of the paint scraping device should be 400±40mm/min. 3.3 The support table of the sample should be able to rise and fall parallel to each other, and its entire plane can be in close contact with the sample. 3.4 The scraping needle should be smooth and have a diameter of 0.23±0.01mm. The scraping needle is perpendicular to the scraping direction and parallel to the sample support table. The scraping needle holder is shown in Figure 1.

3.5 The test voltage should be DC 6.5±0.5V, and the short-circuit current should be limited to less than 20mA. 3.6 When the paint film is scraped off and the exposed conductor does not exceed 3mm, the paint scraping action should be automatically stopped. 3.7 The permissible error of the scratching force is 5%.

5.1 General inspection
5.1.1 The tester is in a horizontal position.
5.1.2 Clamp a sample on the fixture, tighten and straighten it. Adjust the support table up and down to check whether the support table can be in close contact with the sample. 5.1.3 Check whether the two fixtures can rotate 120° and 240° accordingly. 5.2 Use a vernier caliper to measure the moving distance of the paint scraping device. 5.3 Use an outer diameter ruler to measure the diameter of the scraping needle. 5.4 Use a stopwatch to measure the time t from the start to the end of the scraping needle, and use a vernier caliper to measure the distance S moved by the scraping needle. The paint scraping speed is calculated according to formula (1), and the average of the three measured values ​​is taken.

5.6 Use a DC milliammeter to measure the short-circuit current between the sweet needle and the sample. 5.7 Install a sample with a nominal conductor diameter of about 0.5mm, add the corresponding load, and start the tester. After the paint film is scraped and the machine is stopped, use a vernier caliper to measure the exposed conductor length.
5.8 Use a balance to measure the load.
5.9 Measure the scraping force error.
5.9.1 Measure the scratching force of the scraper on the specimen by using the Q-1 instrument. Place the initial load of about 5N on the code rack and calibrate the digital graduation lines of 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 and 2.0 on the scratching force coefficient scale. For the one-way paint scraping tester that can directly display the scratching force, calibrate at about 5N, 5.5N, 6N, 6.5N, 7N, 7.5N and 10N. 5.9.2 Calculate the scratching force error according to formula (2): Where: 8--scratching force error,
